if I can give 0 I will. Ordered drive tru at 06-01 pike with milk but turn around cause the coffee was almost cold. They made me new one a tall americano. The lady wont take my pike back coz of covid 19 policy but I dont want garbage in my car so i put it on the ledge. She hold on to my americano telling me to take back my pike. SO YOU GUYS SERVEd ME WARM COFFEE but YOU CANT TAKE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT?. I dont want to get out of my car to throw that garbage coffee. Thats the reason why i did drive thru. Like threatened me she is not going to give the americano if I dont take my warm pike from the ledge. Excuse me??? i drove off and she can have that americano. Empolyees inside talking about me so loud in purpose for me to hear them. I always thought starbucks would be better than that in hiring employees compare to other coffee shops. I had jet lag and still suffering from time difference from vacation I wished it was saturday morning when I drive thru that store the day they have that boy who is always jolly and smile all the time.

Staff greeted me and was helpful when ordering, time to make a single espresso was quick. This was a weekend, so there was no seating, nor a bar to stand at so I was forced to drink on the go. Met my usual expectations for a Starbucks location.

Finding hair in your food is never acceptable… especially when we’re in the middle of a pandemic. I purchased a feta and spinach wrap from this Starbucks location, and was surprised to find not only ONE strand of hair, but a collection of hairs in a clump. I tried to pull out the strands, but it was entangled so well into the wrap, I could literally swing the wrap from the hairs, it was disgusting. Obviously, this was quite a traumatic experience, and I had to return to the store to show a manager. To my surprise, all the manager had to say was that they do not make the wraps in store, the product comes Pre packaged. From my understand, I trusted Starbucks in selling me a wrap, that does not contain contaminates… it is Starbucks’ responsibility to monitor the quality of their ordered products.In the end, all I got was a short apology, and two $4.00 gift cards… why $4.00, I have no idea. I found insulting that they only offered a $8 gift cards…… I will definitely contemplate on ordering Pre-packaged foods from Starbucks from now on… buyers take this as a warning. I hope I won’t contract anything from the contaminates in my wrap… God be with me.

The level of customer service I encountered at this particular Starbucks location was simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm that made me feel truly welcome.One of the key factors that set this Starbucks apart from others I've visited was the presence of the fantastic manager, Melanie. Her cheerful and positive demeanor was infectious, creating an atmosphere of happiness and comfort throughout the store. Melanie's dedication to ensuring a delightful experience for every customer was evident, as she efficiently managed the operations while taking the time to engage with patrons on a personal level.Moreover, I must express my gratitude to the baristas, Shay and Taylor, who consistently crafted the perfect beverages. Their skill and expertise in creating drinks were impressive, resulting in a consistently exceptional taste with each visit. Not only were they knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, but they also showed a genuine passion for their craft. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate personal preferences made each visit feel personalized and special. Thank you to the whole team at Redstone. Melanie - Side note - I've seen a drastic positive change since you have taken over. Pretty bad Starbucks. Its pretty slow service, small, dirty, food is average, and it’s usually crowded. I want to talk about a incident that happened sometime this week though, I had recently broke my toe and I went up to the counter and asked if I could get a free cookie, they said no which I thought was normal, but now that I think about it maybe it was because I was disabled, because I went here last year and they had gave me a free cookie when I was perfectly normal.

This Starbucks failed me. I use App to pay for Coffee and merchandise, the payment off my App did not work because the cost was over $25, I was told try another Starbucks. Wait what?!?!?

Store manager Melanie clearly has some mental issue. It’s embarrassing for Starbucks to have such customer services. Many stories about how Starbucks employees were not happy with the customers, but what if Starbucks barista is extremely abusive and rude to customer?

Be prepared to wait for 10 minutes if you are ordering and purchasing through the drive-thru. It will be a wait regardless of the vehicles ahead of you. Five star review for the customer service skills. The waiting time is in your hands as you should leave early if you plan to stop for coffee or edibles. Stay ahead of time! Tick-tock-tick-tock ;)
