Very good store in an excellent location, along with most of your other shopping needs. Very large store with quite the selection. They have excellent sales, and lots of great clearance items for a very good price.The store is large, so the staff can be spread thin. There can be a bit of a backup at the register. Staff are pretty average. Friendly, and they know where stuff is. Their often younger so they might not be as knowledgeable, but that's okay.No military discount at this location, which is a little disappointing. But that's okay too, not many stores offer military discount anymore. The one in Gananoque offers it, but their store is much smaller.

Had to come check the reviews to make sure I wasn’t the only one having a horrible experience here every single time I go! Customer service is beyond terrible! I’ve finally had enough and will not be returning. They are much nicer at Home Depot! Hopefully this place can focus on training staff in customer service!

What a joke!! Store manager didn't know where products were (had to look it up on his pocket phone). Found the item, box was open, checked the item and it was broken. Advised a staff member the item was broken, he put it back in the box, sealed it and put it back on the shelf!!Also, the store is so crowded with stuff in the aisles, you can hardly move through it with a cart! How the Fire Department allows this is questionable!

This store was well light, clean and all items I was in there to purchase was in stock.Friendly staff on the floor and at the cash register. The folks at this store know the phrase Service with a smile". I definitely recommend going to this store."

Looked online for clearance items and sales. Note: every store may have DIFFERENT prices on items on clearances and sales. This store has plenty of good deals if you’re a person that will walk through looking for sale tags on the display walls. They use red tags which makes it easy to spot. The one clearance sale area is unorganized but worth a search. Found what I needed, boxes were in good shape for a clearance item (other stores the boxes were damaged). Staff were friendly.

This Canadian Tire has a good garden centre. Also, we buy most basic necessities from paint to small kitchen appliances here.

I was just into the store, and the cashiers were ridiculous. She never call us over or say I can help you over here". I ended up just walking over. She proceeded to have a full out conversation with the other cashier. She stop talking long enough to ask if it was debt or credit

I love the Prescott store. Always did right by me. Even had a mechanic stay after a shift ended just to finish my car. If something is wrong, they will always make it right. Very impressed with the customer service.

Canadian Tire staff must be trained to avoid contact - that’s how hard it is to find someone. Staff are neutral at best when you do find someone (definitely could not mistake anyone for friendly). They will look you in the eye and then duck down the next aisle to avoid a conversation. It’s almost amusing as EVERY CT I have been to in Canada is like this. The worst customer service among major corporations for sure. The thing is, I love CT and their products. Lucky for them, they have no real competition in their space.. because if someone chooses to compete with them.. well. The bar is low.

Came to this store earlier and I really wanted to highlight these items especially!!!!!! The colouring books (amazing for Easter) are all eco-friendly and massive - SO WORTH the $12.99 they're selling for, I couldn't believe it.Also - the Cuisinart mats are obviously winners as well. For $19.99 everyone should have one of these in their kitchens!!!Loved the selection and prices at this store - will definitely visit again :)
