Can't write about the franchise but this location is great. Got us out of a dilly of a pickle... bad brake rotor they replaced when they had a back log and we needed to be home the next day. They prioritized and got us on the road. Friendly, clean and welcoming. I wholly recommend this place!

We started a journey from Quesnel to Blind Bay today with a bit of a wobble, which we assumed was snow in the wheel wells. When we finally decided that couldn’t be the problem we called ahead to Kal Tire Cache Creek and they stayed late to make sure they could take a look for us. They threw it up on the lift, found the problem immediately, got us all fixed up and right back on the road! They even took the time to clean all of our windows before sending us off. No more wobble and nothing but awesome things to say about their crew. Highly recommend!

We blew a tore just north of Williams lake. We pulled into cache creek kal Tire at 730am on the dot after spending the night in 100 mile. They swapped my tire over and had me back on the road in less than half an hour. Phenomenal customer service and so fast. I honestly thought it wouldn't work out so well. Muchly appreciated to the boys there

I dragged my Jeep behind the RV somehow the ebrake activated and ruined the rear tires. Kal tire was able to replace them in less than 45 minutes and I was on my way. Great service.

The folks at KalTire in Cache Creek are always great! I’ve been going to them for years. They are always honest when I ask questions and tell me if I have the right idea or the wrong idea about things. They are always respectful and do amazing work. 10/10 recommend!

Literally the best guys around! They truly go above and beyond like whoa! My check engine light came on outside of Cache Creek and I limped my car into the Kal Tire to get a code read. They read the code for me right away and started looking for the part I needed. The only place with the part was the dealership an hour away. The assistant manager drove there just before they closed to pick up the part. He also moved around schedules to get my car in the following morning instead of waiting a week since I was travelling through town. The job was done in less than the labour time suggested. These guys are so great! They even suggested a safe motel I could stay at. They made a scary experience not so bad. I would have hugged them all if it wasn't weird. Can the company give their location some sort of awesome award?
