Our flight got canceled a week before we were supposed to leave. This is out of their control, although, the way they handled it was terrible.When I called to choose a replacing flight I was left on hold for 35 minutes. After the long wait I was transferred to the voicemail where I was only called back 2 days later.I was at work so I missed the call. I called back 15 minutes after the missed call where I was left on hold for another 30 minutes before being transferred to the voicemail.Overall, they have some okay deals but their customer service is horrible!

Worst customer service ever. Booked with a promotion that was not honored after price of trip dropped. They were unable to provide the difference and were rude in the process. I have never experienced customer service this terrible.
