I had a great experience working with Paulena and her dad. They were both so helpful and thorough in helping us choose the best options for our space. I got the Athens collection conversation set and the Cabana Collection expandable table set, along with some pillows and lanterns. Everything is so durable and beautiful and I look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

We are so happy with our choice to purchase from Protege! They have a great selection and come equipped with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Paulene was wonderful to work with. I visited her several times with each family member. Each time she took the time to walk us through the pieces I had chosen. Pauline helped us make our final decision, we purchased a dining table with 8 chairs, a Sun umbrella, 2 comfy couches and finally a firepit. The quality of the items superceded my every expectations. I stand breathless each time I look into my backyard.I highly recommend this location, it's is truly a great shopping experience as the selections are endless. They do not disappoint! When it came time to deliver the items, the delivery crew was on time and very helpful, they left no mess behind.Thank you Paulene for your great customer service and for helping us create a perfect oasis!!! This is the greatest place to shop for your outdoor furniture! Stop wasting your time shopping around at the other stores! We have spent the last two summers dealing with horrible service at so many places until we were lucky enough to find Protége.Everyone in this place goes above and beyond. The owners and the staff are all absolutely incredible. So much respect for such a well run establishment.This is the ONLY store that you will be greeted with a smile, genuine respect and intelligent knowledge.Not to mention they have the best furniture!!

We are very happy with the quality of the fabric. After weeks of shopping for outdoor patio furniture, my wife and I we finally found this hidden gem in Concord. The staff at Protégé Casual were supper nice, knowledgeable, accommodating and knew how to treat a customer right. I attached couple of pictures of our purchase. We are extremely happy with everything we purchased. This place is about quality, selection and above all great customer service from ownership all the way down to their delivery crew.
