Took my SUV to get auto body work done. The owner was very honest with what repairs I needed and completed the work in the timeframe he specified. Very impressed with the quality of work.

Great service, reasonable price

Excellent, conscientious, and ethical service. We have worked with Ken a number of times. Each time he has given solid advice, completely transparent, and provided quality repairs. They did not charge us twice when the assessment determined the repair was not worth the money and then again, when they assessed the prospective used car we were looking to purchase as a replacement. When they did repair our car they were quick to notify us of what they found, freely advised us what was essential and what could wait, price conscious when recommending parts and work, careful to show us the work done, to explain what and why it was done, and charged an extremely fair price for the repairs we had done. Post repair, we never had an issue with their work and all of the recommended repairs we delayed, eventually came to be. At no time did we feel cheated, conned into necessary repairs, or pressured on our decisions. Bottom-Line, they are truly as honest, fair, and genuinely looking out for the customer's best interest as can be; our highest recommendation!

These guys are great. Excellent mechanics, very ethical, great service. They have consistently gone out of their way to make car repairs easier for me, to fit into my schedule, to reduce the costs whenever possible.I have been going to them for years and have no plans of going anywhere else.

Love these guys. Every time I need something Ken, their main guy remembers me by name. If they make a mistake, they fix it for free. I’ve begged them to take my money for bringing it back and they make won’t. Ken is very clearly motivated above all else by pride in his work.I shopped around for quotes after an accident, they beat the insurance recommended agency, dealer and several big name places by thousands of dollars. Before/after photos included. Also their cheaper estimate included repainting the entire vehicle and installing fog lights.Most honest mechanic/body place in the city.

Excellent service. Very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Grand Tech Auto.They were originally suggested by my Honda dealer (!) when I needed an extra item on my new car, and i continue to bring my vehicles there, though I have moved to Orleans. It's still worth it for me.Ken provides knowledgeable and fair options, lists what needs to be done now, and what can wait. Very fair and enjoyable experience (which is not always the case with garages/mechanics). 5 star service.

Ken is the best of the best. He is a professional at his job and also has an exceptional customer service. He is honest and never try to over charge you. I have been going to this place for 6 years now and I can say that this is the best auto shop in Ottawa.

Just brought my car in for no-drip rustproofing. Super happy that there's no smell! The price was very reasonable. There were also three tiny rust spots forming on the paint that I asked if they could fix. I provided a paint pen and they did it free of charge! Very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend.
