The husband works in the morning and is kind and reasonable. The wife is in the afternoon and is hurried and impatient and quick to push medication - which is good for some. Sadly, they don't work in concert as she has stated I'm not my husband's receptionist "

Until yesterday, Dr. Patel (Mrs.), was my doctor for 6 years. She has always been a No B.S" type of person

My daughter took my grandson here. And Mrs. Patel told my daughter don't bring him here again" .A doctor telling this to a 10 year old boy. She so rude and disrespectful

The receptionist is very unprofessional and rude . People like her shouldn’t be at customer service desk if she doesn’t know how to talk to people . Very disappointing .

I have been going to the clinic for over 7 years. My parents have been as well since their previous family doctor retired. Easy to talked to and if it's a major issue, they will help make an appointment to see the specialist.Since the pandemic, I have been dealing with a foot issues. He is trying his very best to help a solution for my problems. Calls me every few weeks and make sure no seriousness come from it and try to find specialist to check my issues.

The doctor was so rude. She didn’t even do a single check up and not even asked me to sit down. I kept standing in front of doctor’s cabin during whole conversation and then doctor said their system is not working and cannot send the prescriptions right now so I did not get any medicine right now even though I was very seriously ill.Very unprofessional service.

Park Plaza Medical Centre is one of the best medical centers in town. The services have always been exceptionally good whenever my family and I visited the clinic. Also, their staff are always ready to listen and help. I will gladly recommend the clinic to everyone

The female doctor is very rude towards her patients she speaks to all my family members she does not have a welcoming attitude towards us and other people who attend her place. She is very unprofessional there is many racial discrimination in that work space towards black, asian, and other minorities. And both her and the front office lady put propel from the background before others. She says very negative and racially motivated comments towards patients. However the male doctor is very welcoming and takes good care of his patients. There was this one time where I took my son to her and he came out with tears on his face with her rude behaviour and this broke my heart truly his eyes were very red from crying.
