My washer broke during the covid-19 pandemic. I was having the hardest time find a washer and dryer in stock anywhere. The great staff here were able to help me out and schedule delivery for the same day I bought. Very happy and will be back for more purchases.

Bought a brand new washer and dryer and within three weeks the dryer was not working… THREE WEEKS, I’ve used it maybe 5 times and it’s already broken? I called them to see how they could help me with this and told me nothing they could do and redirected me to Whirlpool customer service to find out that they only have one option available to help me with and it could take months. Very disappointed, when I bought this Maytag set I was debating between Samsung and Maytag and I was told in store that Maytag had quick and effective customer service which is what made me choose that set and now it’s already broken and taking weeks to be fixed. Not acceptable.

We purchased a washer and dryer from Stereo Plus in Sturgeon Falls Ontario last July/17. Our dryer came damaged 2 dents on the top and side. We contacted Stereo Plus to tell them about the damage. Dan the owner wasn't there but his wife Joanne was she didn't want to hear anything about the damage she told us to contact Whirlpool ourselves. It is now Oct 30/17 and the problem still hasn't been solved. We were told by whirlpool that they don't have any service men out here because it a rural area. We will have to find someone to repair this problem. It's a gas dryer so we need a gas fitter to do the job... SHAME ON STEREO PLUS AND WHIRLPOOL.....WE will never purchase anything else from Stereo Plus. It's to bad we spent $3800.00 @ that store.

I was in a bind when my upright freezer clonked out. I needed one immediately in order to save all of my food.I called and Dan was able to offer great service and a comparable price to othe competitors in the area !It was all taken care of in a matter of 30 minutes.Now that is service, thank you!

Well I looked up about repairs and after being told yes and to come in Monday. So being all excited about having my stuff fixed this man tells me no and not only saying no he didn't even bother to look into it. I felt like it was a waste of time as I took the day off to go there and have this done.I'm not blaming anyone but just be more informed about what you do there to avoid this situation. Other than that experience the staff was friendly and informed about what they sell, but the repair stuff. Maybe don't tell someone you can when you can't. Thank you.

Bought a washer, dryer and dishwasher from this store. Very nice and helpfull people, till I got my items delivered. The dryer was damaged they would not do anyting about it had to contact Maytag to get something done they offered a 6 month extended warranty. The problem with that is they will not send a repair person to Sturgeon Falls since they consider ths a rural area you have to find your own repair person and send the bill into Maytag for reimbursement. Beware of supporting local businesses if they don't support you.
