Outstanding food, courteous servers, and the young man at the prep area managing the hot food (lamb chops, etc) was very competent and pleasant. We had a slight snag with one aspect of the experience which initially made me retract my 5/5 total impression but when we followed up with the company, their response was so professional and responsible that it (re)confirmed our initial 5/5 impression. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

We've used 10tation more than a few times for our corporate lunches both hot and cold, small and large. We love them. Always friendly, always delicious, easy to make substitutions or accommodate varying dietary needs. Would definitely recommend.

I drove by 10tation last night and found they had opened a food store called Freebird Market. I stopped in on the off chance they would have pita bread. Instead I saw a wonderful new store with an amazing array of house made products. I bought one of the Roast Chickens and a loaf of Olive Ciabatta Bread. I took them to my book club’s pot luck party. People were asking me where I got them.Freebird is from the team behind 10tation Event Catering, in my role as Director of Sales and Marketing at Higgins Event Rentals, I have done business with 10tation Event Catering for years, I know them to be meticulous in every detail of what they do, as we are at Higgins Event Rentals. Their new store shows they have taken their eye for detail to their retail market. I highly recommend Freebird Market.

10tation did an amazing job catering our team lunch! Everyone raved about the food and not just that! The food came with branded cups, napkins, awesome wooden trays people were fighting over ! We loved their entire service, start to finish, not to mention how easy their customer service team makes it to make your food selection and place the order. Love them! 5 stars!

We had a great experience end to end with 10tation - the food was amazing (a lot of the guests commented on it!), and the staff were very helpful, professional, and accommodating (especially Chef Andrew and our Supervisor in-charge Cheong)!Definitely recommend for future events.

The first impression of the company was great but as I was placing my fourth or fifth order , the presentation of the food started being sloppy all the food was delivered in the packages not in the platters as it used to be for the first and the second orders,And I find the communication with the people on the phone quite difficult and their responses are very sharp and snarky.It’s very bad when service of any company goes downhill especially when the company has a pretty good potential.Very disappointing!!!

We asked 10tation to cater our surprise wedding of ~120 people that was being held at an Art Gallery in the Distillery District. We were initially drawn to them since they are a preferred caterer of the venue/area and were very pleased with the planning process, staff and food. Being a surprise wedding, there were a few extra logistical issues that needed to be planned, and we had only booked the venue and reached out to 10tation 2-3 months in advance. This wasn't an issue at all as Samantha, our main point of contact from 10tation, was able to set out a floor plan, plan dinner stations and d'oeuvres and even organize chairs/ tables/furniture for the event. We were able to bring our own alcohol which helped to keep the cost down and the event staff was very courteous and professional. The food was amazing, both in presentation and taste, and we still (weeks after the event) are reminded by our guests how fantastic the food was. Thanks for everything Samantha and Co!

Caterers should be creative and delicious and the events they create should be exciting. Caterers are exact and precise and get stuff done in lots of interesting situations. Caterers do thing with short notice and pull rabbits out of hats. Truthfully most don’t but 10tation is among the very best. Super exciting with insanely delicious food and wickedly creative events. 10Tation Event Catering catered my backyard engagement party this past weekend at my home and it was extraordinary! The food was incredible (the hors d'oeuvres are to die for) and the service was impeccable!! My guests are still raving about how delicious the food was! I personally worked with Frank C and he answered my emails promptly and worked with all of my changes & requests. You have a forever client and I cannot wait to use 10Tation for my next event!
