I never thought I'd complain about too many toppings from Subway. I've ordered subs from this location for years now and lately my subs are just gross. Bad enough for me to write a review. Overfilled with toppings and sauces. It's so much that the bread gets soggy. I'm just going go to another location nearby.

Just another subway chain restaurant, but the people working seemed to hate being there. The person making my sub was very curt and I did not enjoy my interaction. Could not wait for the subway to be done so that I could leave since the person servung seemed to have that sentiment.

Just ordered two footlongs via the subway app and had an absolutely horrible experience not just with taste and them following instructions but also with the lady on the phone . I told her the sub tasted horrible and had not been toasted as instructed on app . Also had very little sauces and felt dry . I said we have opened and eaten one but can u remake the other unopened one as I can bring it back sealed .She got so defensive and rude and said I don’t care if u liked it or not , my manager can check camera on me toasting it and adding sauces . I will not remake any part of your order . I said u have no etiquette to talk to the customers and she said if you have a problem complain to my manager tomorrow . I mean wow , badly made sub and 0 manners to talk to customers . Will use another subway location even if it’s far away and advice others to stay away from this place , where some very rude people work .Edit : went to the store to request my part order that’s not eaten be remade . She insulted me and screamed at me . Refused to tell me her name and said complain to head office and then said I won’t tell my name . Here is her picture . Placed an order on the app for pick up and when I went to the restaurant it was closed. They charged my credit card. I called the next day and was told I could only get a refund if I come there in person during the middle of a work week. They wouldn't refund me through my credit card but gave cash the next day. I had to waste time, gas and money and they told me it wasn't there fault. Also, they served others ahead of me even though I was there ahead my those customers, and there response was its busy. There were only 3 customers in the place at the time including me. I had to argue to get cookies for all my troubles.I'll never to go this Subway again. I ended up with no food, time and gas wasted, but did argue for my 2 cookies.

I must explain this is a problem for me since I am a special needs man. The fact is I have no idea what my auntie wants an Italian sub I cannot specify with no garlic. Since I have had it with this big time, I cannot and refuse to order any Italian subs I cannot specify what my auntie wants. From now on I must get her a footlong ham sub with lettuce, mozzarella cheese, honey mustard and mayonnaise instead. Only I will go to another Subway restaurant as an option.

Never go to this subway, ever. Worst experience. Missed many ingredients that belonged on the sandwich. Did not follow any simple instructions. When I opened the sandwich, every single ingredient was out of the sandwich. Looked like a dog chewed on it. Reached out to the store manager - showed no empathy at all and did not even bother to try and correct the situation. Instead, just told me to wait for a call from head office. When I asked for an ETA, she mentioned “when ever they are free and get a chance”. This is why your ratings are so low.

Purchased a foot long assorted cold cut, when I got home, I realized something tasted funky, meat had gone bad. Called and spoke to store manager to let them know their meat had gone bad and manager Maniza refused to want to listen only because she said they just opened the meat this morning, (which clearly can still go bad just because you open it today) was extremely rude, said maybe there was something wrong with me. Completely unprofessional, rude and food just overall disgusting to say the least for this place.

If i could rate this lower I would. Terrible service. The staff doesn't know how to listen. Ordered a vegetarian wrap and there was chicken in it. Aside from the chicken the food was horrible. When we asked staff for a refund for uneaten food they said they could microwave it. What it's got chicken in it how will microwaving it eliminate the chicken. YOU NEED TO LISTEN. No I want a refund I dont eat chicken. I no longer trust you to make food for me. I will not eat here. No they kept insisting to make a new one. No I want a refund this went back and forth. We had ordered other items as well and they were all made wrong but at least they were food not good food but it was food. When they finally agreed to give refund she tried to give me 60% what I paidThe food was horrible, order was wrong staff doesn't listen they tried to short change me and they really don't care what customers think. This experience was so bad it has put me off Subway entirely. Dont waste your money here.
