This course was definitely an eye opener for me. I went thinking that I was going to learn how to become a Life Coach. What I was unaware of was how much I had to learn about myself first, before I could become an effective coach. I attended James workshop Oct/Nov 2018 and found it to be extremely helpful for me in understand how we communicate in our minds with ourself and others. I learned so much about seeing thing as a reflection of me and what I am projecting which now helps me take a step back and see situations that could be challenging as situations to learn about me and how I am projecting my habits, thoughts, beliefs and life out onto others.
