The best service! When I initially called the gentleman was so polite and friendly, and when I got there he was just as wonderful in person. The service was incredible and they were very quick! I’m very impressed.Thank you for fixing my coat! I will be back :)

I got my wedding dresses dry cleaned here and they gave it back to me with a bright pink spot on it saying it was there before when I know 100% it was not there. The gentlemen did NOTHING to compensate for it and charged me $260.00 for something I can't even sell now. Will never go back and I personally think the customer service was horrible. After waiting over a month for my dress just to get it back with a pink stain is not what I wanted. If you do go here TAKE PICTURES before you get it dry cleaned.

Before Covid they were fair & reasonable, but since Covid was relaxed they have over charged everyone and their prices have almost doubled justlike grocery stores, gas, food and just about everything else.Example: replaced 2 sweater zippers, one zipper buckle and dry cleaned one sweater.........TOTAL $98.75....they charged my mother-in-law $42 to dry clean a light coat. They have gone from good cleaners to cheat cleaners in 24 months. Will NOT go there anymore or either will family and friends. There are 3 other dry cleaners in Oville.

The drycleaning is fine, but the customer service I witnessed was despicable. An elderly woman entered the building with a cane. I held the door open for her. I let her checkout first, and as she was paying for her items the man working carried up a large bag of 4 patio cushions. Being a courteous person I already decided I could assist the woman. However, the man working picked up the bag and walked to the door but at the door tried handing the elderly woman the bag because he said it was too cold outside. I turned around and said are you being serious?" He proceeds with yes it cold today and I won't walk outside with the bag. I told him that was ridiculous because the woman was parked right in front of the door. I proceeded to take the bag of cushions and walked the lady to her car.I honestly can't believe that happened. It was embarrassing for everyone involved

Very good dry cleaner. Extremely friendly and accommodating service. High quality work for a reasonable price. Alteration was perfect the first time and delivered on time. Have used on multiple occasions for alteration and cleaning. Whether it’s a suit, a down sleeping bag, a sports jersey, this place will do it right. Highly recommend.

UNREAL!!!!!!!!! 10/10!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had a special authentic autographed NFL jersey that had sat in the closet for years in a house that had some dampness that caused damage/stains to the white jersey. It literally looked like someone poured black coffee allover it, my husband was devastated!We had to have some dry cleaning done for an upcoming event and my husband went out on a whim and brought the jersey he thought was ruined. Low and behold.... It's literally as good as new!!! The autograph is still in mint condition and all stains are gone!!!!! Fresh and clean, ready to be professionally mounted!
