I hired Hamilton to repair a problem with my geothermal heating and air conditioning unit at home. They showed up on time, we're very professional, and did an excellent job in troubleshooting the system and getting it back into full operating order. There were considerable challenges with the original installation of my unit that required a unique approach to resolve. Hamilton Industries went above and beyond to replace a heat exchanger in the family home. Upon the furnace being serviced annually by our technician it was determined that a new heat exchanger was needed. Our technician was unable to take the job on. Having gone back to Solace Energy where the furnace was purchased from hoping that they would be able to help, they had no interest. Their customer service was dreadful and it would be five weeks before a technician could arrive. I was connected to Alex Hamilton who said , “No problem, we can fix this.” A date was settled on and Alex and Rheis arrived at the house. Soon after, I said to Alex, “Do I need a new furnace? What would you do if this was your house?” He said “Absolutely not. We can just replace the heat exchanger.” Over the course of a very long day for Rheis that is exactly what happened. He worked from 9 am to 7 30 pm, non stop as the heat exchanger had to be assembled. I never anticipated having a furnace working that day but Alex’s goal was not to have the house go any longer without heat. A few days later a second appointment was scheduled for Rheis to come back and do all the final checks. Alex went above and beyond to make everything happen seamlessly. Rheis is clearly an expert in the field. He was so kind and patient (answering numerous questions) and he would not take a break. Jenny in the office was most helpful in scheduling appointments around work schedules. Hamilton Industries is a business one can trust. Their level of service is excellent as well as their work and the people are kind and caring. I look forward to having Hamilton Industries annually service the furnace now. This is a company I will be highly recommending to family and friends.

I have a contract with Hamilton to service my office HVACs on numerous encounters, they are in and out within minutes. What is more concerning is that my HVAC was previously functioning properly but after they leave, there would be issues (temp at 63 degrees). They have been responsive and typically come in the same day but charge me to fix a problem that only showed up shortly after they leave. Also, they always try to charge you before they even come in.
