Roger Lanthier Insulation Ltd

I recently had a very bad experience with this company. Roger Lanthier Insulation agreed to insulate a wall around the en-suite. They were supposed to enter the attic through a bedroom. We emptied the bedroom and asked them to start the work. They assured me that they have plastics to cover whatever was in the bedroom. I asked if the plastics were free of insulation. I was told the plastics might have insulation fibres on them and that they would go to a store and get some clean plastic. This was around 1:30 PM of November 6. There were supposed to be back by two. They never came back, never even phoned to say that they were not going to do the job. I phoned a number of times. Finally got hold of Jean-Guy who told me that his crew had told him that since they could not guarantee a clean job, I had told them not to proceed. This was an absolute lie. I asked him to have another talk with his crew and phone me back. Again no phone call. I phoned again and Jean-Guy told me that he in consultation with his crew decided not to do the job. So no service, no returned phone calls. A complete disappointment. Total lack of interpersonal skills.
