They were friendly, accommodating and attentive- we came from 3 hours away since all our vets in our town weren’t taking new clients. They took us in and on the day of the appointment when we were running slightly late, they were still able to see us in the first 15 minutes of waiting. They walked us through the best options and made sure we were comfortable with all of them, and were really friendly with our kitties. Very good service and worth the drive indeed (: my cats are healthier than ever since then and I really did appreciate the staff being so friendly.

We had not been here since 1998 or so when Dr. Wilkinson performed two lumpectomies on our pet mouse, one of which he did not even charge us for. After moving back to Sudbury recently, we went to another vet clinic for a while until we had an emergency with our cat that ended with him having to be euthanized at Lockerby. Even though this was a terribly sad event, we were so impressed with the experience in terms of how Dr. Andrews and the veterinary technician handled the euthanasia we decided to switch vets and have not been disappointed since. Lockerby Animal Hospital demonstrates absolutely incredible and truly genuine care for both pets and clients.

We only want the best care for our pets and at Lockerby Animal Hospital it's nothing but the best! The receptionists, RVT's & Vets are always so helpful and knowledgeable. One of our dogs used to be timid when we brought her to the vet but since we've switched to Lockerby Animal Hospital, her fear has disappeared! Best Veterinary Clinic in town! :)

I highly recommend going to Lockerby Animal Hospital. Dr Andrews was great to work with and very good at explaining the tests that needed to be done when my cat was sick. The vet techs made me feel very comfortable and treated my cat with care and compassion. Will definetly be continuing to see them in the future! Thank you for your amazing work!

Our dog Dexter had an upset tummy for a few days, and when it wasn't showing any signs of getting better we took him in to get checked out. The vet prescribed some medication, special food that aids digestion, and a de-wormijg pill. He is better now. The staff are great, and so are the veterinarians. We have been dealing with Lockerby Animal Hospital since Dexter was a new puppy. I highly recommend this animal hospital. They truly care and do an excellent job at making your pet feel comfortable.

Lockerby Animal Hospital has cared for our 2 dogs for the last several years, and they have been excellent. Super friendly, and great bed-side manner. Dr. Andrews has been the best, and they went above and beyond for this final visit before we leave the country. Jill researched what forms needed filling, advised us of where to go for Official Signatures, and communicated with us when there were questions. A great relationship, through and through. They took my one dog with high anxiety in stride, and kept him calm during the exams. I hope we find great Vets like this in our new country.

Lockerby Animal Hospital has been treating my pets for the last year or so and we had okay experience until a recent visit. The vet manhandle my poor dog who had a swollen arm with a wound. The poor pup was scared and they proceeded to be very rough with him. Furthermore, they are one of the most expensive veterinarians we have ever visited. Needles to say I would not recommend and we will not be back.

Absolutely great experience every time I bring my dog to Lockerby Animal Hospital. They constantly email me reminders for check ups and helpful tips. The vets are knowledgeable and take the time to explain things to you. My girlfriend had the pleasure of taking my dog for me and is now switching vets with her dog because of the great customer experience she had.

Great experience with Lockerby Animal Hospital. My cat swallowed something and my usual vet didn't have time to take him in right away. I called lockerby - they took him in immediately for xray and kept him overnight to get him hydrated then performed obstruction surgery next day. Kept me updated entire time. They are so kind, no judgement and even took the time to call me to check on my cat while recovering at home. Love them!!

The staff is patient and kind, and Dr. Courtney is knowledgeable, warm, caring, and everything our dog Izzy could possibly want in a Veterinarian - especially because her pocket is always full of treats.
