Always helpful and pharmicist s are the kindest I’ve ever met inANY drug store

This is hands down my favourite Shoppers Drug Mart. I will drive across the city if needed to go here. Been going here since it was Big V when I was a kid. The staff are so friendly, they know me by name, and the Pharmacy is hands down the best! They go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and answer all questions. I have been to other pharmacys where they just hand you the bag and have no interest in talking to you. Not here. You feel valued and important. Even when I am looking in aisles at over the counter medication they offer to help and advise you. 10/10 recommend this Shoppers.

I have always loved the sense of community and care of this Shoppers Drug Mart. Until today… walked in to post office with three large parcels due to heavy snow fall a day ago, only to be served by “Pattie” who couldn’t find the energy to say hello, or thank you for my help moving the parcels or even a good riddance when finished with my service. As a retail service person myself, I was so disappointed in this service. Pretty shabby Shoppers Drug Mart, as I know this person is not a Canada Post employee.

Since I moved aways from the Hartzell location, the closest Shoppers to me now doesn't have a PO which I thought was strange lol Thank goodness I had to pickup a parcel at the Grantham location else I wouldn't have known about it.Great location that has a PO, along with the regular Shoppers products.

Shoppers is great the staff know me by name. Shop there in a regular basis. Great customer service.

The most kindest and helpful, pleasantest , Pharmacist I ever met in my life! I don't know his name yet, but he is a little older than the rest, that I met. Alto, all the Pharmacists are very helpful at this Store. I am 72, and he always takes time to help me, suggest items than can also help me, He shows such compassion, & understanding. He truly l shows such care & concern. Too sad, other Pharmacists at the other Shoppers, plus other Stores R not even pleasant, & they make one feel like we R bothering them. In fact, in one Shoppers, in particular, I will not even approach any of the Pharmacists. This is my favorite Store, & like coming here , as everyone is so polite! ❤️❤️❤️❤️Cheryle G.

It would be hard to find a more caring, compassionate, friendly team of pharmacists and staff. I can't say enough good things about every in-store interaction. An especially big thanks to our pharmacist Chris for always looking after our family and going over and above to help and make sure we're okay with whatever we may need!Edit to add, that's not to leave out Mike and Keith. I truly value our pharmaceutical team and trust them wholly with our family health questions and needs (which is frequent!), and the smiles and level of care each time are so appreciated ❤ My only wish was that store hours were longer since things tend to hit the fan at night and our most trusted people aren't available during those hours. But you guys need your rest too, can't be superheroes for us if you're burning the candle at both ends! Much love, respect and appreciation.

I have been a customer at this location for over 20 years and I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy team. As my health has declined and my medications have increased, I feel fully supported by the team with their advice and product suggestions.Thank you to all of you.

The rest of the staff was so nice but the staff on canada post named HEIDI ( i really remember her name so that i can make comments on her)was so rude. I don’t know why somebody works as costumer service so mean like that. She makes the costumers run away. I will never ever come to canada post in this shoppers drug ever again, just a heads up for everybody. I was shaking getting out from the store of being angry for the service i have received, but i never step down on her level of un professionalism, i just remain quite to prevent trouble.
