Mercedes-Benz Oakville Service Centre.

DO not ever go to Oakville Merc for service. They are worst of the worst. They are not even entitled for a single star. We recently moved to Ancaster from Quebec and booked a service appointment with a recall on power steering problem on 2018 GLA 250. Today I went there and Team Lead (Bosko) tried to sell me his pre paid maintenance package. Then he told me that there is transmission fluid to be changed for additional 800 dollars. When I denied both and just wanted to go with A service and my recall to be fixed he said we don’t fix it on the weekends. I specifically told him that I got an appointment fixed over the fon and that’s the reason I am here. Driving 40 km from Ancaster to Oakville. Then he said I would have to wait till 4 pm. Means another 6 hours. I requested him that your booking person clearly confirmed that all would be done in 2-3 hours max. He was extremely rude and told me to get the keys and reschedule some other time. One person before me was also extremely upset with him. I overheard their conversation too. Some senior manager intervened and tried to sort out things between them .I am going to raise this issue to Mercedes Oakville management and will not stop there. I will go to every extent to teach them a lesson that customer should and must be treated well or at least have courtesy to treat them like humans.

The best is nothing.

Very poor service. They turned me away saying the part was defective when another dealership was able to install without any issues.They simply just didnt want to try and see if it works just saw minor imperfections and judged it to not install without even trying. They dont have any regard or respect for someone finding time to drop by to get this fixed

Ray Giasanti made the whole service such a pleasant experience. He was able to clearly distill the problem at hand, what my options were, and how much they'd cost.His friendly demeanor made it all the better, not to mention how easy it was to communicate with him

I had a great experience with service advisor, Mr. Kan Matharoo. Very pleasant gentleman. I am actually going back near the end of this month for my other car, which he has been helping me a lot with. It is an old 1997 model and it needs patience and experience.

Want recommend this shop to other people. They are slow and you call never been answered. They won’t remind you your appointment of service ahead of time.

Terrible don't go there sell your Benz and buy anything else if you have to go there.I had been going for ten years not anymore the service is bad now.
