Coast Coal Harbour Vancouver Hotel by APA

I loved my stay at this hotel. I had my 3 kids with me (aged 10, 8, and 5) and we all had a fantastic stay. The heated pool was a big hit. The only thing that we noticed that would have been nice to have would be an area where we could sit to eat if we bought takeout. Sometimes I didn't feel like eating at a restaurant (anyone with 3 kids, one having ADHD, understands this) and I would have to set up the kids on the floor to eat in our room because there was no where else really for them to eat without risking ruining the furniture or bedding. Despite this, I still give this hotel a 5 star because I understand that most travelers might not need that special accommodation.

Hotel is in a good spot and rooms are clean but had one of the worst hotel experiences. Their bed frames are cheap and came apart while we were sleeping in the middle of the night. Paid over $600 for a king size bed with a view just to end up sleeping on the floor. In the end they could only comp our parking. Not worth it.

Great location. Well appointed lobby and rooms. Nicely decorated, with a mini fridge and good size bathtub and shower. Toto bidets too!. Bed is just right.Staff is so Very nice. The concierge went out of his way to give us options on getting to Victoria.Harbor view superior room was quiet with a great view.Restaurant, Preston's was good.

Best hotel experience I've ever had. From the wonderful front desk girl to the valets and concierges, all the staff are so unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Luiz gave us amazing recommendations for brunch options. The pool and hot tub were great, and we really enjoyed our room as well. The hotel grounds are very clean. Overall, we give all the staff 5 stars! Wish I knew the names of the concierges and valets, who all went above and beyond in terms of quality of service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay while in Vancouver for a couple of days. Location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the Waterfront SkyTrain station and the Canada Place cruise ship docks. Also easy access to bus lines.Front desk staff was helpful in dealing with separate booking for family members coming in on different days. They put us all together on the same floor without having to request it.Noon checkout time was nice.

The rooms are lovely and clean. The people at the hotel all treated my dog really well when I came with him and he felt very loved. The water isn't too far from the hotel but you are on Hastings and you won't want to walk too far from the hotel because of the rougher areas. But the seaplane launch is right across the way with a nice park. Dogs permitted. There are restaurants and cafes all around if you look for them.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our last night in Vancouver. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the concierge and front desk staff. We arrived a few hours prior to check-in and were pleasantly surprised when a room was available for us at 11 am. The room itself was a lovely corner view on the 17th floor. It was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bidet in the bathroom was a great touch. We enjoyed using the outdoor hot-tub and heated swimming pool as well. The hotel is located in an awesome location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking down to the Seawall Water Walk and Stanley Park did not take long either. We hope to stay here one day again ☺️
