I went in with the light lens I needed replaced and walked out with a quote expecting the order as soon as this time tomorrow. The staff were super polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Planning to come back if I need something something specific like this again.

Surprised by how the entire staff could ignore us for 15 minutes after walking by them so many times. They never once asked if we needed help, we had to track them down and even then they were not helpful. I found what I wanted here but will NOT purchase from them. Very disappointing.

Helpful employees showed me several options and explained the light color and life expectancy of led fixtures to me. And why not to buy a cheep one on amazon.

They are still in the process of setting up their displays. Staff needs to take a proactive approach when a customer needs more information on, say, a Bigass fan, the staff should be willing to look up that information instead of telling the client they need to look up the information. I just spent over $10,000 dollars for lighting fixtures at your competitor's business. Your loss their gain.

Great selection of interesting lights for inside and outside the home. Good range of prices for each type of light. We got very little help with our search - someone offered and looked up stock on a few items, but we really needed someone with an eye for design and who could make recommendations.

I am very disappointed by this store and its service. i found one nice-looking floor lamp in the store and made the order. When I received my order, the shade is different from what it displayed in the store. So, I contacted the customer support and bring my shade back for replacement. Then the sales explained to me that the shade i received is actually the right one with the floor lamp, the displayed one is not and needs extra pay. This is very misleading to customers, and I am surprised they still keep that misleading combo there.

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing here. This place is a disaster. I bought two fixtures totaling over $700. They said they would come in in 2-3 weeks. That came and went, and when I called to inquire, I was told they didn't want to give me a delivery date because they didn't want to disappoint me." What???!!! So I spoke to the incredibly unhelpful and unapologetic manager
