The location for people living in vehicles or RVs is ideal. I crashed just outside as I was driving through town. Jason opened early and sorted me out with all my solar needs. This place is amazing!

If I could give 6 stars for Craze Outdoors, I would. I inquired about getting a Jackery battery shipped to me quickly for a trip. Not only did Conrad return my call, he gave me three options. He researched them all and I opted for the expedited delivery. It literally arrived the day it shipped, due to the time difference. Faster than Amazon and they return phone calls, are creative and I will certainly buy again from Craze Outdoors.

What a pleasure to deal with a business that is family run, has stock, and goes the extra effort to ensure our questions were answered. We purchased a Dometic 12V Cooler and EcoFlow Power Station, got to trial a couple cooler sizes on our truck Power system, and satisfy our needs Versus ordering something blind from the internet and being unsure if the selections were correct. Very happy to have discovered these guys.

We recently made an online purchase of a dometic cooler from Craze Outdoors. We live in BC and after trying valiantly to buy local, we searched online and found Craze Outdoors. Their price was below anything we could find (including Amazon) and their ability to ship immediately at no cost to us couldn't be beat. Our dometic arrived within the week and we were thrilled with the product and service. Great business that we will order from again!

I ordered some Kuma gear from Craze; best prices and shipping. I ordered a Gazebo, camping Mat, and table. The owner called me to let me know that they only had the demo table left and they were expecting more supply in shortly. He offered me the demo or to wait for a new one; he felt that with their shipping policy he needed to call me. I have to say that the call was very professional and solution based. We had a chat about their company and how they are giving back and their community spirit.All I can say is the service is outstanding. I will be going back to craze outdoors for future outdoor gear.If your looking for an outdoor store with excellent service.... this is the place
