There was no pressure from his end. When you are in the position I was, literally no one is on your side. They all want you to pay and pay now, especially the government or student loans. Even when you can't make ends meet they don't care. You need someone on your side. Chris is that guy. He knows how to turn the tables in your direction. He uses real financial tools to help you. He is available from day 1 to the end of your solution, any time you need. He is always quick to reply, friendly and helpful. I think what impressed me the most Chris really wants to help people. He doesn't judge. He listens and is honest with you about your situation and presents facts. Chris has been in the industry a long time and understands both sides of the table. He is passionate about his business because he wants to help people and he knows life happens - we didn't all get in the situation we are in because of bad intentions - which is how you are treated by every lender otherwise. I was very hesitant contacting 4 Pillars at first. I am so happy that I did. My first meeting with Kyle was awesome! He is very kind, patient and he explained the many questions I had. The credit counselling at Fresh Start BC is even better, as it's helped me to make a budget and stick to it.
