Friendly staff and good service. Conveniently close to my work and in the back of the YMCA. Good online portal to track appointments.

Marjan was an amazing physiotherapist! She was so kind and understanding. She booked appointments with a bit of time in between as she knew it was hard to get out with a newborn baby. She gave me manageable exercises and reviewed them with me at each appointment. I’m pleased that my muscles are now back to how they should be and I feel strong!

Love this clinic! All the staff are friendly and helpful....love that they know clients and call them by name. They care! Their new digs are spacious, bright and welcoming. Would highly recommend this clinic to anybody looking for this type of service because disappointment will never be an issue. With this staff you always feel better!

An amazing clinic full of educated, supportive and welcoming clinicians! Clinic is very tidy, rooms are kept clean, and gym space is wonderful! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for physio, OT, massage or kinesiology!

I went to my first session with Sunil Kumar a few weeks ago with quite a lot of sciatic nerve pain. I was unable to sleep because of it but since I've been going my the pain has subsided. Sunil is excellent and I highly recommend his services!

Update** I have been going to Lifemark for well over a year now, and I still feel that I couldn’t have found better, more caring, knowledgeable staff who have helped me, and always gone the extra mile. I wanted to say a special thank you to Cindy for always being kind, and helpful and making sure clients are taken care of, and Especially for what you did today!! Thank you, you guys are all top notch, and I appreciate you all.I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and was referred by the insurance company to Lifemark for physio, OT and kinesiology. My experience so far has been wonderful! They are a very skilled, kind, and knowledgeable group of medical professionals. The front staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs as well. I have never had to go through anything like this, and I’m so glad I was referred to Lifemark. I hope nobody has to go though this, but if you need medical assistance after an injury, accident, surgery or any other reason you may need them, I highly recommend Lifemark! All the staff at Lifemark are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The reception staff were very organized and helpful when filling out paperwork, they were very flexible and able to work around my schedule. I worked with Dan and Hugo, both were extremely professional and helpful and were able to get me back on track quickly. They worked to develop and individualized workout/stretch routine that suited my injury, changing and incorporating new ones as I slowly started to progress. The massage therapists were also great. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physio or massage.- Steph

I have been going to this location for the last five years since my car accident. The staff has always been amazing. Cindy the receptionist always looks after me and Sarah, my physiotherapist who I have seen in the last year is great too. My #1 caregiver, since the beginning, has been my massage therapist Devin. I go there feeling broken with chronic pain and leave there feeling somewhat normal. I have given them a number of referrals to family and friends. Great place to go for treatment. Highly recommend:-)
