The bouquet I ordered for my mum shared no resemblance to what she received. I ordered a blue and white arrangement in a glass vase and she got an orange, pink and white arrangement in a pink vase. It was also supposed to includes lilies, and hers had none. Very disappointed.

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for mother's day and the quality and condition of the flowers were deplorable. They lasted maybe 70 hours before they wilted and turned brown and she had to take it apart and salvage it as best she could. I paid $200 for a premium bouquet and it was far from it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They won't even answer the phone because they know how bad their work is. They have mainly bad reviews for a reason. Horrible.

I placed an order for my Mother's birthday, and simply had to submit a review due to the outstanding service. The arrangement was gorgeous, and much larger than I expected. The delivery was perfectly on time. Though some of the specific flowers were substituted for a different variety (a practice criticized by several other reviews), I believe that this is a normal procedure that I have seen many times with other florists as well. It is due to seasonal availability of specific flowers. The delivered arrangement was even nicer than the online description.

I bought an arrangement for my boyfriend's mother for her birthday, that I really loved. I upgraded to the deluxe version and paid over $90 for it. When she received it it looked nothing like the one I had chosen from the website. They had replaced all of the lilies from the original arrangement with carnations and other flowers that were not in the original one I'd chosen. I understand that sometimes they may not have certain flowers in their shop and need to substitute but what I had chosen and what they had delivered were two completely different arrangements. (The arrangement she received was very pretty, yes. But not what I had ordered and paid for). When I called to ask for a refund I was only able to speak to their young receptionist (presumably) who was clearly just relaying her manager's messages to me and had no idea how to deal with the situation. They told me the best they could do was pick up the flowers from the recipient's home and redo the arrangement. I appreciate the offer but I'm not going to have you take back someone's birthday gift 3 days later and try to make it better. I would have appreciated a call ahead of time to at least let me know that they could not provide the arrangement I had initially chosen. All in all, very disappointing service.

My sister ordered flowers for me on my birthday and although they arrived on time, they looked nothing like the pictures on their website. There was no care put into arranging the flowers. Plus they charged a lot for a hand written card, which looked like a 3 year old kid wrote it, and the addon of the teddy bear was a complete trash, missing an eye and hand. Its was something you would not even take for free. See the picture for yourself. Even the person who delivered them was rude and did not seem happy doing her job. Don't waste your money on them.

I wish I had read previous reviews prior to ordering. Flowers were delivered on time but eventhough they say they may substitute, it is for certain they will. They omitted the more expensive fowers and added cheaper ones & greenery. They also subsitute the pink cube for a vase that we could purchase at a dollar store. T'was the first time I order with them and definetely the last. In addition, I opted for the deluxe bouquet rather than the regular one. I will spread the word however I can to not use them. The middle photo is what was received

My a daughter ordered flowers on line from Saskatchewan and it ended up being third party and in American exchange which it didn’t say on the web site. My arrangement came from Brunet florist here in Ottawa. First off it wasn’t even the same as she ordered and the roses were already open and dying.. they lasted two days. Not wanting to disappoint my daughter I didn’t say anything and when she called this weekend we talked about it. I took pictures on arrival and a couple days later. With the exchange it cost her 150.00 and didn’t even look as good as Walmart roses.. when calling Brunet they said I didn’t call soon enough and couldn’t help me.. I said I had pictures with the date etc. Would never recommend this Florist as they scam and would not honor the purchase with at least another bouquet.. I could have done better myself. As my daughter said !esson learned.. Don’t ever buy from this place.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife on the Valentine’s Day, I’m very disappointed about the quality and didn’t arrive on time I booked it for 11 AM and it arrived at 2:30 pm also they do t answer their phone call . I paid 224.00$ for 12 roses and red vase,, they sent clear vase and the roses are old..the bouquet doesn’t match the picture be aware

I ordered two sets of flowers one for my mother in law and one for my mother. My mother in laws were pretty and somewhat matched what I picked however I paid for a upgrade and and it wasn’t upgraded. My mother’s didn’t look anything like what I picked and again wasn’t upgraded. It didn’t even match the colours I picked. When I called and left a message no one returned my call. I paid $200 for both moms and they weren’t even close to that. Next time I’ll go to Costco and get $20 roses that are much more beautiful.
