Neptune Wonton Noodle
Stumbled upon this place on a cold evening while wasting time before a flight. Soup was great, but I recommend the egg tart with tapioca pearls. Not sure why the pearls are there as the egg tart and flaky butter crust was delicious as is. Pearls are an interesting addition.

Neptune Wonton Noodle
I absolutely love this place. Everytime my friend and I shop at McArthur Glen, we have lunch here. The staff are friendly and the noodle soups are delicious. I always have the same shrimp and pork wonton soup with noodles and I always enjoy it. I think that the portions are good and prices are quite fair. I would not not hesitate to go back.

We will be taking our business elsewhere after our weekend lunch at this location. Our server was rude and the quality of service was subpar. She demanded for a higher tip when she saw my bills even when it was not deserved.Their servers need to learn that tips are earned and not demanded. The other restaurants in the outlet are far more deserving of your hard-earned $.

Good service and decent food, but too pricey for the small portions. And the soup dumplings (xiaolongbao) look and taste exactly like T&T’s - not a bad thing for taste, but it is for price. And there was 12% service charge on the bill!

BEWARE!Food - For the price, there are much better options in Richmond. This restaurant seems to cater more towards tourists and shoppers. We ordered the beef brisket noodle soup and a couple of other dishes. The serving size was small, with little meat and we found it too salty. The soy chicken rice plate was tasty but we were served mostly bones. Overall, the food was not worth the price.Service - We were immediately seated when we arrived around noon, and the place filled up to about half capacity 20 minutes later. We finished eating in about 30 minutes, and I got up to pay, but sat back down to finish our tea. That's when the server came by and and said you need to leave because people were waiting". I asked the manager upfront if there was a time limit for customers

The atmosphere is nice, open shop concept. Attitude of the servers and manager are very professional, serving us with smile.There are many choices in the menu. Wonton noodles is my favorite. The manager recommended us to try their BBQ pork, and Crispy pork. Wow, they are super good n yummy. Then I picked my red beans drink on crushed ice drink.What a great treat after an afternoon of shopping at the YVR outlet mall.
