No saying anyone is perfect . My experience with Gta wasn’t the greatest . Photos clearly say it all . The countertop was measure by hand with no laser measurements. Counter came wrong and was fully installed and clearly wrong . The peninsula was then remove and modified to work which took another 2 weeks . The person I spoke with Joyce tried to get me to take a discount on first install which I refused because I am particular and like things done right . My experience after that was that the workers were very messy leaving several razor blades on window sill some on new appliances and others on the floor . I took two days of work to be at the job site for install and received no discount in the end . Workers lied to my face saying they would clean up the second install which never happened .. pictures of cabinets are obvious of their clean up abilities . And to top it off Joyce said if I gave her a good review she would send me 200 $ in gas card for my troubles .... no thanks here’s your review . 8000 dollars later don’t worry about that 200 lady keep your money and people will really know what goes on behind closed doors ...

I loved the new counter and had good communication with Joyce prior to installation. everything seemed perfect. unexpectedly the new countertop installed is not levelled. water accumulates on the top left corner such that i had to keep a towel there all the time to soak up the water. when i communicated the issue to Joyce she is not willing to admit it is due to installation instead she blamed my old cabinet. i had to explain to her that it is not levelled properly during installation. she agreed to have her team come back to adjust it. after few month her team came and adjusted the countertop and i’m now happy with it. It was frustration to communicate the issue. I wish she is able to communicate better in the future in situations like this.

From the first consultation Joyce has been an absolute joy(ce lol) to work with. The team was fast and quick with the installation and Joyce gave us a very fair and reasonable price. Tons of colours to choose from, very happy with the service, if you are looking for a counter, you should definitely give her a call.
