Afghan Kabob

Amazing dinner for two tonight. All the ingredients are fresh, quickly served and fairly priced. The homemade yogurt was perfect and we had our best bread in a very long time (coming from French people ! )Would recommend to everyone

The swami kebab was delicious and well-seasoned, with a perfect balance of spices and herbs. The kebab had a smoky flavor that added to the overall taste and was cooked to perfection. The meat was juicy and tender, making it a delightful and satisfying dish.However, the ambiance of the restaurant was small with less lighting, which could be improved. Despite this, the intimate atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a quiet meal. The lighting could be brighter, but it did not take away from the overall dining experience.The price of the dish was high, costing $23 with 7up, but the quality of the kebab made it worth the price. Additionally, the restaurant's attentive and friendly service added to the overall value of the dining experience.Overall, the good swami kebab was a delightful dish, and the ambiance of the restaurant, though small with less lighting, provided a cozy and intimate dining experience. Despite the high price of the dish, the quality of the food and service made it a worthwhile experience

Good authentic afghan family owned restaurant. Very polite, humble and friendly service. Everything we ordered as a group of 14 people enjoyed the taste and portions we got served. Small space to accommodate 20 people only that's why multiple signs of 30 minutes sitting time restrictions on every wall justified but for some families with kids maybe it would sound not very accommodating especially in winter.

Great food with terrible staff. We loved the food but did not enjoy the environment. They write a number of unpleasant things on the wall such as Leave as soon as you eat" etc. Looks like they still think that they are still in their own country that the restaurant believes that they are doing a favor to provide food for the customers. again! no doubt about the quality of the food. Perfect taste."

Me and my sister went here for the very first time and it was the worst experience ever!!. The food wasn't bad but the lady that works there was extremely rude and seemed very bossy!. She has no customer service what so ever!. She was yelling and telling people to wait outside for their food and not to wait inside. We took take out and we decided to change our mind and stay in and eat our food, when I went to go ask them, she said too bad you can't stay. Then the man that was making the food said it's ok, its not an issue we'll bring you the food. She gave us a dirty look and walked away.

Cozy place, friendly employees and top of these delicious food. We had Vaziri kabob and shami kabob and tasted awesome. Prices are fair and portions are great for person, I will definitely go back on my next trip to Niagara Falls.They chutney was great, try that.

Extremely Rude Staff and Disrespectful! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!I visited this restaurant yesterday with my family, including my older mother, and had a terrible experience. I strongly advise against going to this restaurant. As an Afghan, I recommended this place to my family and friends since it is an Afghani restaurant in Niagara Falls. However, my experience was incredibly disappointing. When I called to reserve a table for 10 people, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. She abruptly stated that they do not take reservations and abruptly ended the call.Despite this poor customer service, I still decided to give the restaurant a chance and brought my family and friends there. We had to endure a long walk in the scorching heat, making us all very thirsty. When we finally arrived and sat at a table, the same lady from the restaurant approached us and asked how many people we were. I informed her that we were a group of 10, with others joining us in 10 minutes. I also requested to place our food order in advance so it would be ready when they arrived. Additionally, I had grabbed some drinks from the refrigerator, particularly for my mother who were very thirsty.To my dismay, the lady and the restaurant owner told us that we couldn't remain inside the restaurant or wait for our remaining family members and friends. They insisted that we leave the table immediately and only return when everyone had arrived. They conveyed this message in a very rude and disrespectful manner, showing no consideration even for my elderly mother.At that moment, I realized that this restaurant was not a welcoming place. The owner and staff were impolite, treating customers as if they were slaves. I apologized to my group, left the drinks in the refrigerator, and took them to another restaurant instead.As an Afghan, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this restaurant. Please be aware that it does not represent Afghanistan, our culture, or our renowned hospitality. It is simply a business without regard for Afghan hospitality or morality, which is well-regarded around the world.I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, even if we were starving. I will not return either. Please exercise caution and refrain from spending your money in a place where you will not be respected, and where the staff lacks basic customer service skills.Note: I have already filed an official complaint about this restaurant with the relevant authorities in Niagara. I hope they take prompt action, either by closing this restaurant or by teaching its staff some fundamental principles of customer service and morality.

My husband and I had dinner here yesterday and it was so good we had to come back!! We had the Shami and Beef Kabobs with salad and rice, plus an order of naan. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The owners are polite and humble. Highly recommend to any hungry travelers!!

I came to this place with my family about a week ago. I only have one word to describe this place, AMAZING. The food was prepared quick and you can tell it was made with love. The restaurant itself was such an amazing place to be in reminding me of home. Every single detail was amazing, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the workers. The staff there were so kind and amazing to talk to.

Many of my friends are from Afghanistan, and I have heard a lot of praise for Afghani food.I go to this restaurant thinking that I will eat the best delicious food.The prices were too high, the food was not hot, I think they don't cook everything fresh, they take the food out of the fridge, I don't know how many days it will be.Afghani food is very tasty, I have eaten it many times in Toronto, but they don't cook it right.A woman, her husband and children were eating together when they left, the chefs came to clean the tables and angrily said that these people have not learned any manners of eating.It will be my last time to visit.
