Great service and prices!!

I recently purchased a Crosstrek from Peck's. Tracey is very friendly and professional. We quickly agreed on a fair price, and they were flexible and let me pick up the car after hours. There was one very minor issue, but I called and set up an appointment and they fixed it under the warranty, with no charge! A great place to do business.

Took my truck for an exhaust manifold and they did an excellent job and with great timeline . Only 5 hours ,being a former mechanic I didn't want the bother of the repair . Very professional, will use them for most repairs from now on .

Very nice staff, informative mechanic/tech, fast service, fair priced.They have a couple comfortable chairs, and Canada's worst driver was on so the wait wasn't so bad : )

They nearly KILLED me because they left my e-brake COMPLETELY disconnected in WINTER!!! I brought them my truck for Inspection which went fine. Then brought it back for a windshield replacement, they called me a few hours later saying I needed more work done to pass inspection. Then I found out at the same time the windshield did not get done even though I booked a week in advance. Made another appointment grudgingly, and never went because they ‘lost’ my windshield. Grudgingly made another appointment for the next day, then they blamed the delivery company for losing it AGAIN. So i had made THREE appointments and they were unable to perform the work I booked well in advance for them to have the parts and they were unable to do so. They the said they would call me as soon as they could get it done and then NEVER DID. Fast forward until I attempt to use my ebrake while pulling my girlfriend out of the driveway and its DISCONNECTED. Luckily I didnt need to use it on the way home or I may not have been able to write this review. Ive also lost nearly a month of work due to their completely negligent and unprofessional staff.

At first we were very happy and impressed how friendly the staff are ....but first they ordered the wrong windshield, second they refused to honor the quoted price, third the new windshield cracked in less then 24 hours which they did repair (leaving lines in the glass) and now about a month after the windshield is split again from regular town and hwy 101 driving. Now that i called a competitor im told the glass is cheap quality and this guys over $200 cheaper!!!!. Wow is all i can say. Ill never do buisness or even recommend Pecks auto glass. Very unhappy customer.

I've bought 3 vehicles from Pecks Auto and I couldn't be happier. The time, care and patience that Liz had with me is incredible.The shop itself is the cleanest auto shop I've ever been in. And the furry shop greeter makes it even better!Highly recommend Pecks Auto for all your automotive needs!

Staff were friendly. Becoming rare to see smiles these days, but they had them in spades. Comfortable seating area and reasonable time and price to fix the damage from a flying pebble that found my windshield. I hope I don't need them again, but if another windshield repair comes my way, I will contact them without hesitation.
