Fancy Doors & Mouldings

Called ahead to see if they carried a particular style of door. Wouldn't take the relevant information, insisted that they have hundreds of doors and that I needed to come down with measurements and they would make it for me.When I got there was told that they couldn't help me and they didn't have any alternatives.Don't waste your time like I did.

Their service was impeccable. I called this morning to get some information about the doors, I spoke to Sukhi and she transferred my call to the sales department, but they didn’t answer because they were all occupied. Sukhi asked me if she could help me instead. She was very helpful and answered to all my questions regarding doors and mouldings. She was able to give me an estimate for the door I wanted. I was very satisfied with her answers and her knowledge. Great service, would definitely recommend!

I believe the reviews are dependent on who’s dealing with your order. Some actually try and find a solution for your problem while others kept saying they’d call you back but don’t. It has taken well over 4 weeks for me to get my new door which is still not here btw. I think they need to work on their communication skills between each other and the customer. They also blamed me for everything….. but they’re the “experts”

I dont know why there are negative comments below. But fancy doors is the best place to find all your renovations goods. Maybe because people who are happy dont leave reviews and only 1 in a 100 who had bad experience leave bad reviews. I had my house done and my sales rep Garry helped me alot . He has lot of knowledge and experience also went up and beyond to find the best designs for my house. Loads of selection and choices. Really love this place.

They were terrible to deal with. A lot of things went wrong. On the day of delivery, they damaged the doors along with marking up my floor with the door trim, the guy literally dragged it across my new flooring and tossed it. When I told the delivery guy that he's damaging my brand new flooring, his response was Don't worry

Great supplier for all types of doors. Good selection and amazing service, very nice people. Highly recommend this place to local builders!

I called today and ordered 11 of the Berkley doors,all different cuts. when I asked the name of the rep she told me her name was Sukhi. So this message is for you. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the customer service here. Sukhi went above and beyond to answer any questions I had in a friendly professional manner and made the experience seamless. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back in the future. Thanks again Sukhi!

This business is very quick to accept an order but does a terrible job of ensuring that your order is correct (in fact, they make no effort to help you avoid making a mistake).They do not offer the assistance of someone to come out to measure your door to ensure that it is correctly done. I would insist on that if I were a potential customer, to avoid potential errors.They also do not have any installers that work with them, but give you names of installers who might be available".If there are any errors

We purchased an item that wasn't in stock and were told it would be in maybe after a couple weeks. Never heard back, so after 3 and a half weeks I called to see if the item was in. I got a call back saying it was under a desk, then a few minutes later another call saying it wasn't there and was in the warehouse. Then maybe an hour later my partner got a call and was told they couldn't find the item and to not come to pick it up. After 12 days of not hearing anything I called back asking about our purchase, again. This time no one called back with any information. Then we went to see if it was in on Saturday during the hours that the store is supposed to be open and no one was there, the doors were locked, there was no signage about it being closed, we called and the automated voice said to leave a message then it immediately hung up. It's been over 6 weeks, they have my money, I don't have my purchase and I don't have any information on my purchase. The store isn't open when the operating hours are.

Very, very disappointing level of customer service and helpfulness. Advertised hours of operation are suggestions only as they close when they want to regardless of potential customers in their parking lot. In attempting to determine which types of glass they offer for French door inserts it took Gurleen 3 email responses to finally share that many of their glass options were in fact discontinued.Terrible service!!Three times I had to repeatedly contact a customer to relay that a particular glass selection that they chose was in fact not available.Milano Glass will be my only choice from now on for doors.Update/ March 25thGiven this company’s response and lack of assuming responsibility for their poor staff service let me provide further clarification of what happened. To claim its your customers’ lack of clear communication when they have several selections of glass listed on their website which in fact is discontinued/not available is in itself poor service. To respond to requests without providing a list of all unavailable glass is simply discourteous. How you would insinuate that this was a customer’s error is comical.I wasn’t going to include this but given their response… Arrived at this location Saturday at 3:30pm as the advertised closing was 4pm only to find staff running to their vehicles as we parked.If you advertise 4pm don’t close early!As previously mentioned- poor, poor service!! I can only guess the quality and quality of their service.
