Eric is so knowledgeable and patient. He was happy to speak to me in detail about options and details regarding a new furnace and AC unit with competitive prices. Eric responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended.

Eric is good to deal with. We had 3 technicians on site on two different occasions to remove our old furnace and install a new one.The job was well done and these gas techs are skilled and conscientious.I would recommend this company.

Eric was great from the get-go, fair priced & easy to communicate with! Our furnace broke after we got back from vacation and I knew roughly what the issue was, I called Eric and gave him a brief run down and he sent Chris out with the parts required within the hour. Eric Crose provided excellent information for me to finally make an understanding choice of a system that is best for me, explained patiently in a manner that I could take it all in. Then two teams of two installers were equally considerate, efficient and thorough - a pleasure to deal with.The system is in, looks really good and appears to be working as expected. Well done!

I had an issue with my wall mounted propane furnace . A nice young man was sent who quickly determined that a simple fix was needed . He basically took the nozzle off the pilot tube and blew it out. Less than 20 minutes work. I had no problem with the service. When the bill came I found out it was a diagnostic call $160. Yikes.Fair pricing , I don't think so

I scheduled an appointment for a quote weeks in advance and I took a day off of work.The appointment time came and went, nobody showed up or called to cancel.When I called the Crose Mechanical office, the person who I spoke with didn’t seem to know anything about (1) the appointment or (2) the person who the appointment was supposed to be with. I was told that someone would call me back.Nobody called.Edit: I got a call 8 days later to reschedule the quote and a genuine apology. 1 star -> 3 stars.

Absolutely excellent service! The team at Crose Mechanical is very knowledgeable and their workers are super friendly! My oil-fuelled heat crapped out and Crose was quick to respond, getting me converted to an all new propane system within the span of 2 days from the first call... and all for a very reasonable cost too!

I called Crose Mechanical yesterday morning after waking up with no heat. They said that they wouldn't be able to come until today after 10. I said that was fine. They showed up yesterday afternoon and were back here by 9 this morning and replaced the part!! Excellent service. Will definitely recommend Crose Mechanical to anyone! Thank you!! Coldest weather of the winter so far and we are toasty warm again!!

Crose has always been straight with me and my family. We've gone to them for furness, ac, and now a waterheater. They are always up front and honest about what's needed and are prompt when it comes to repairs.Seriously, I will recommend them to anyone.Thanks for always being top notch.

This company is a nightmare to deal with, good luck if any problem arises since they refuse to stand behind their work. On September 24, 2020 Crose Mechanical installed a propane line and furnace at the home we were buying (work order #001172). The gas line ended up leaking at the furnace pipe fittings from day one. The house then was unoccupied until we moved in.The propane gas continued leaking into our home after we moved in causing my children vomiting and complaining of headaches. It wasn't until November 27, 2020 that the gas leak was discovered after making the connection between how fast the propane tanks were dropping in volume and the symptoms being experienced. We lost hundreds of dollars of propane from our tanks in this incident.We called Superior Propane who owned the 3 storage tanks outside and they came out and sprayed the pipe fittings at the furnace with a soapy solution and it was bubbling like crazy. Superior Propane then fixed the leaking fittings at the furnace that Crose installed inside the home. My wife and I have been calling Crose Mechanical for 2 weeks in November and every time someone picks up the phone they have no idea what we were talking about. The company just ignored us and tried to blame everything on Superior Propane for their role in our problems. In the end Superior Propane took care of us.On December 11, 2020 the owner of Crose Mechanical phones me and tells me they will do an investigation and that they did a pressure test on the line and that it must have been the previous owner who banged it up (in an unoccupied house?). At the same time he was on Facebook telling my wife that the problem is in Superior's hands". How is the shoddy installation inside our home that his company installed Superior Propane's fault? Nothing offered but lip service about an investigation and scapegoating others for the bad job they did.It seems more likely a bogus pressure test with fake numbers was "performed" since the house was empty and unoccupied during the install they simply didn't care. The furnace install was rough all around and the filter on top of the furnace can't be even be seated properly. They punched careless holes in the walls for the gas line with splinters and frayed sharp edges everywhere. They didn't even bother to ground the gas line. Very poor performance on their part with no attention to safety
