Service rep “ May “ was very helpful to explain what caused my electric power steering light to flash and everything was fixed with a new battery all installed for a total of $150. I was on my way in 20 minutes at 4:30 pm!!! For a dealership service for straight talking and results, this was a good experience.

Very friendly sales team. Antoine Maisonneuve helped me find the perfect car for my needs at the right price point with all suitable accessories includedHe made sure to follow up with me a week after delivery of the car to make sure I was still satisfied with my choice.The only thing that could be worked on is the communication between the service, sales and management departmentsIt was a bit complicated to retrieve my winter tires as there was confusion on their whereabouts.All in all, this dealership will make sure you leave their doors happy you found the right car, at the right price for you!

I travelled 500+ km and was promised car delivery, with remote started and nothing was setup when I reached there. Pathetic experience.

I am suprised when I see this place has at least 4 stars. I wish I could give 0 star rather than 1 because :I rent a car since 2020, according to the contract, my rent will be every Wednesday of the week. My contract is finished this year on May 30th, 2023, then I decided to buy the car. On May 24th 2023, I asked for a rendez-vous, everything went well but the seller told me that I need another rendez-vous for the final payment. I replied: Ok but I can not be on Monday (29th) and Tuesday (30th) May because I am not in Montreal. So it would be ok for me on May 31th? The seller did not say anything but Yes.On May 31th (Wednesday), I paid all then the car is officially mine.But on the Juin 1th (Thursday), I got a notification from my bank which Toyota took another week rent. I was confused then I called the seller. He told me that, my final payment was late to the date limit of contract, that is why Toyota took another week of the rent.I think this policy is the same of stealing and violated to consumer rights. You should at least explain to the buyer about this policy before the final payment. This is not fair to take a week rent just because a buyer was late for the final paiment just for A Day.I am not going to refer this place to any of my family or friends. Just do not go there.BAD!

Really loved our experience with the salesman Jean-Robert. He really took the time to explain to us how things work and gave what seemed to me like his honest opinion. He was also aware of the upcoming vehicles and the overall situation. Really liked how calm he was and really inspired confidence. We ended up placing an order thanks to him!

Worst service ever, and discrimnatory! Came in and wanted to buy a vehicle they said I had to make an appointment, when I did that and came in they showed me the car yet refused to sell it to me? Drove 1 hour for nothing, do yourself a favour and take your bussiness elsewhere...

The actual work done was fine. However, the length of time I waited was disgusting. 2nd car in the building at 7 am. I was then told that the mechanics don't arrive until 8 am. Then, for a tire change, it took over an hour! If no one is going to touch my car until an hour after I arrive, don't tell people to arrive at 7 am! I don't know why it took so long to change tires either. I didn't even get an apology until I complained. Horrible scheduling.

As a client, I check the rating before I decided. I don’t why there are so many bad reviews on this garage? Well, it depends on each situation that they went there. I noticed that most of the rate was about years ago. I went there this evening (2th December 2020), personally, it is not bad at all. The place is very clean and beautiful. The waiting room is clean and they organized well for the distancing as we are in the Covid situation right now. There are free Wifi, I can working with my laptop while I’m waiting for my car. One thing that missing is there is on plus in for my laptop lol.The receptionist is nice and polite, he tells me exactly how long I have to wait until my car done.

It is car dealer. They have new cars and also used one too. It is one of the Toyota dealers in Montreal and the Only Houle branch.They are nice people.The place is nice, clean & pretty.

if you are looking for a professional dealer. This ISN’T the right place. Just wasted my time when they are always making mistakes A LOT of time. I could understand mistakes can happened but not too many times
