Lotus Hair & Body Studio

Ashley was great. It was my first time going to the Lotus hair studio and I'll be back. Thank you to the whole staff for being so awesome!

As a new resident of Owen Sound, Lotus Spa was recommended to me for waxing. Britt lived up to the hype for sure! Oh so friendly, professional, kind and so thorough. She did a fantastic job and made the time pass quickly because she is just so nice and easy to chat with. I've already got my next appointment booked!

Lotus is the best hair and body studio in town! The staff is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I have always received the best services from the team. I will always recommend Lotus to friends.

Twice I have been down here this week and they are closed. If the hours of operations were on here would not have wasted my time twice now for a gift card.

Very happy with my Lotus hair service! Natalie was very professional and made sure I got a cut that was flattering for my hair & face. She was very thorough & communicated her process throughout. She offered me great tips to maintain salon results at home and keep my hair healthy. I have long, thick hair and she spent a couple hours to achieve the cut & style I was hoping for. The price was much more affordable than other salons, the process more thorough and the end results more polished. I will definitely be back!

It's taken me a while to post a review because I don't like saying negative things but after hearing another friends negative experience I think its time is do.I came to Lotus in hopes of finally getting the hair color Ive always wanted (pastel pink). The person who did my hair said that the color would fade over time into a lighter tone, I was really hoping she was correct because when I turned to look in the mirror I was mortified by shade of magenta that was my hair.I paid more than 200$ for this and the color did not even remotely resemble what she said it would be even after multiple washes, I spent the whole summer not being able to wear most of my clothes because nothing matched my hair because I was wearing pastels. I would have changed my hair but I had no money and saved money to get my hair done that one time.I would have rather had the stylist say I should bleach and come back and do it properly over the course of a few months and now I will not be returning to lotus again.

I didn't get the stylists name but she was very friendly and helpful when I popped in to ask a question. Even though it wasn't something that they did in their salon. Very impressed!

This is my go to. Have been going to Amy for over 10 years. Everyone there is so friendly and the services are incomparable. Love, love, love this place. Do yourself a favour...book now.
