Love this location for a coffee or even a meal. It has a very clean layout, tables are always clean, the washrooms well maintained.The tables even offer wireless charging for your phones. Lots of outlets to charge and use your laptops.The staff is very helpful and friendlyThe food has a health focus on it and offers a wide selection of salads, wraps, coffee, tea, dessert etc.Well lit and music is also not too loud. Can have a nice conversation. Comfortable to sit for a while and work.Visited many times and no complaintsRecommended dishes:- veggie and zaatar wrap- coffee dark roast- strawberry cheesecake- chicken tawouk wrap- salads are all goodCan’t go wrong with any of their selections to be honestKeep up the good work

Authentic Lebanese cuisine at its best. Had breakfast here it was delicious and traditional food. Highly recommended and next time I am in Vancouver I will definitely come back to eat here.

They have a variety of Lebanese food. It’s a very good spot for taking breaks or chatting with friends. Also you can work here. They have a happy hour in weekdays from 3-6pm for some of the menu items.The breaded chicken wasn’t that good but other dishes I ordered before were tasty.

Delicious food. Very patient and friendly staff. I loved everything. The food comes fresh. The coffee was delicious and comes with a cardamom flavour. My favourite was Kafta Supreme.

Today, while strolling through the city center, I happened to pass by this place. The interior of the restaurant was incredibly spacious with tall ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows. Each section was adorned with beautiful pendant lights, adding a touch of elegance. The modern and incredibly comfortable sofa made it difficult to leave once I sat down.As luck would have it, I arrived during happy hour from 3 to 6 pm. There were plenty of options available, and the prices were reasonable. I decided to order the Green Pea & Kale Soup and the Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza. The ingredients on the pizza looked fresh, and the flatbread itself was soft with a slight chewiness. It was truly delicious. The soup had a rich flavor with a hint of fragrance and a subtle spiciness. The entire culinary experience today, encompassing taste, visual appeal, and atmosphere, was fantastic. I hope to come back next time to try their organic coffee and other dishes.

I gotta say, this place really blew my mind. We've come twice to this place and ordered different menus and we were not disappointed. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is great and the workers are super friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to come visit this place. They're food is extremely delicious. And they've actually kept some authenticity to it.

We had a great lunch at Zatar w Zeit. I had Cheesy Kafka with a to die for Melted Chocolate to drink. Lyn had Guilt Free Keh and Lahmeh Bi Ajjine. Free water and crackers. Nice modern atmosphere and friendly staff. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Lots of ready to go food and hot food on order. Lots of takeout orders and food delivery. We’ll be back again.

Walked in and ambiance is quite busy and loud but if you're okay with it, it's nice for a quick meal and go! They also have available grab and go meals if you're in a rush, you're waiting at least 5-10mins for fresh food. The staff was super friendly, I had asked for recommendations and this is what I've ordered:* Chicken Tawouk* Levantine Lentil Soup (Recommend)Highly recommend getting the soup or get the combo, super flavourful with a hearty creamy richness to the slurp. I fell in love, as for the chicken Tawouk wrap, the sauce and flavours were delicious but unfortunately the chicken was dry but besides that, the flat bread was tasty and fresh as well, the pickled veggies were crisp. So overall not to shabby! I'd come back to try the beef or the other menu items like the zaatar!

Loved the food and ambience, especially the way they have curated the work zone. Must try - organic coffee and flatbread pizzas.
