Ordered knives from Canada Cutlery online as it was time to get new tools after spending more time at home baking. I was really impressed by the quality of these items. The bread knife cuts really well, is sharp and is light weight to hold. The pastry brushes and spatula are made by a Germany baking company. They holdup under pressure in the kitchen!
