The employees are great. They won't let people disrupt the place and are very professional. They help with finding a job and keeping it. Or you can check out other options like starting a business, going back to school or just getting specific training. Highly recommended.

Useless unless you've never had a job before.They are more interested in getting you into workshops for their funding structure, than they are helping you FIND employers. With these guys, you're the cattle.Don't ever tell them where you do get work, they will call to confirm" leading to super awkward conversations explaining why you decided to use them

When will you be repeonening computers to the general public? It is disgraceful that in a time of mass unemployment that you are preventing people from accessing help they need to recover from covid and find stable employment and job opportunities.

So far I've been given a bunch of paperwork, an appointment a month from now, and a whole lot of recommendations to do seminars. I'm used to social services being basically non-existent in Victoria, but it still stings. Walking into a big fancy office and finding out it's basically smoke and mirrors run by a skeleton crew.

These people are kind and helpful.Holly, Caroline, and Josh especially made me feel welcome. They had a ton of advice to offer, the services were free, their classes were a great help in finding me employment in the local community!

I GT hiring Solutions offers a lot of options for people looking to better their job hunting skills from a variety of courses to support in forms of clothing gas or simply bus tickets for your interviews if your on social assistance, they have a computer room as well as lots of resources and help you connect to other job Hunters which is probably the best part

Standard BC people profiling by this staff. Came one day with a fuzzy beard and backpack too register and was dismayed at the negative facial ques from reception. Her vocal tone also betrayer her biased BC vibes. Next day clean shaven nice suit... reversed attitude. Another fail . Hire people with at least a spec of empathy.

Rating 4 because I have had mixed experiences. Usually I am offered zero support and advice (friendly staff but no one usually makes an effort to assist). Yesterday, I was met by Julia who spent her time checking in with everyone there with respect and positivity. Also, liked her proactive and forward thinking suggestion to coworker about a pen recycling bin. Overheard this, don't think she recieved appropriate praise or feedback on this idea but she's got it going on for sure!Same coworker was half rude and mansplained backspacing to me...yawn.
