is that professional? they just did horrible job to my beard made a huge cut on one side and this is what i asked for and this is what they did! your sorry cant fix my beard at all.. if u can’t do that simply say no! Please.now i have to zero all the beard , what us point of doing things in hurry ?I don’t advise anyone to get what you want . Sorry to post but i felt so embarrassed and upset.To error is human but doing something without having skill or knowledge is blunder.If you say i showed u different pic then here is a proof and how u can say i slammed the door !am gonna attach the pic and more picture i got ..And if you are expert in your job then i am also know where to go next time ! Someone with skill doesn’t say i am skilled !But anyways this is not what i expected from u ..You have a great day and if u have more customers than losing one then i have also other options to go somewhere else too.Thnks for nice compliment btwso am not here to explain to you or anybody am just letting you know that u couldn’t do that and u have to admit that . Despite apologizing, you are trying to prove me wrong and one more thing i didn’t say anything wrong or i sat down quietly and you were doing job , u need not to drag any other person in this , You have to be focused on your work and cant drag other things in it. You COULDnot do that that’s the truth ! I And one more thing i showed you everything before u started! So dont blame other things ! i agreed already that we all make mistakes but you are trying to prove yourself absolutely right ! Thats a huge difference btw being a business owner and being a egotistical .i apologize to say but You are wrong what you said!How you can kill the birds being one eyed?You already halved beard what-else u were about to do ? i usually go to drea’s and every single kind of salon in petawawa and pembroke and i never complained about anyone tis soo far ! even though they also did for first time .. so i didn’t want to chop it down to zero as you almost did that. How you can Fix hairs once u have cut down? like that was unprofessional service and u have to admit that . Sorry wholeheartedly to say to u . I respect everyone but u made a mistake .

What a kind and welcoming atmosphere. My son was a bit reluctant at first but Tanya immediately put him at ease with her bubbly personality and they were cracking jokes the rest of the time. My son absolutely loved his cut! Great job! We will definitely be returning.

I recommend waiting for Tanya as she always does the best job. Some of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten have come from her and the prices are great.If she’s not available I wouldn’t get my hair cut there if I’m honest. I’ve had some of the other barbers do a less than stellar job on my hair requiring me to fix it myself or just wear a hat and wait until it grows back out.Would be 6/5 stars if everybody there cut hair like Tanya does.

Gail did an amazing job on my fade. It was great meeting and chatting with you. This was by far the best cut I've gotten outside of Toronto; I've lived all around the country. Amazing, you'll have my buisness in the future as long as I live in the area.

I used this place a few weeks ago for a haircut. It cost $18 ($15+$3 tip) I believe and the quality was not very good. I understand that prices have gone up, but there are definitely better shops around for similar prices. Despite this place being closest to my house, I’ll be choosing to bring my business elsewhere.When I asked to have the side burns blended to match my beard the person cutting my hair stated “Technically I don’t have to”. This statement resonated with me. Just as this individual technically didn’t have to blend my side burns to my beard, technically I don’t have to use this business anymore.The reply to this is that I may have the wrong barbershop… google believes this barbershop is beside subway. If that is accurate, that is the barber shop that I went to. Either way the experience remains the same.

Super friendly and great cut for my grandson. Each child got a treat as well. Great hours too. 10am to 7pm. Recommend. A++

This was our second time to the shop. Tanya remembered our boys and how they like their hair cut. One clean cut one shaggy “doesn’t look like it’s been cut” cut! The atmosphere is so friendly and fun. The arcade table and treats are an added bonus!!! Will definitely be back! Thanks Tanya!

Very friendly staff. Great layout of the place.Was not satisfied with the fade however. The cut looked like one uneven guideline. I think staff need more practice for fading hair. For trimming and lining up the beard/neck, they just used a clipper and was left with a lot of hair around the area still. Bald fade means to skin, using the shaver, not just a clipper. Need better training on fading techniques with different levels on the clipper and not skin fading with a comb.

First time going here, was greeted and seated pretty quickly. Friendly and chatty gentleman cut my hair for me and did a great job. Affordable, quick, friendly, and good quality. Will be back for my regular cuts.

Happened to be in town foe the day and decided last minute to get a much needed cut.I was running late and messaged Tanya who was very accommodating and stayed late after a very active opening day.This was hands down the best cut I've received EVER!!!And being a pet friendly shop only made the experience that much better!!If you're in the Petawawa area, I highly recommend this clean, well equipped and welcoming shop for all your hair needs and more!
