UPS drivers couldn't get into our apartment building due to a buzzer issue; instead, they sent our parcels to The UPS store. The store always keeps our parcels safe and sound. It is a great collection/access point, with professional service and very friendly folks.

If I can, I would have given 0/5. The worst customer service ever. I ordered a mattress from Costco, and it said the delivery originally would be coming on August 6. But I received a slip that I missed the mattress on July 30. It was alright as I should have checked the updated receive date myself. Then I talked to the customer service the next day and wanted them to give me a specific time when the driver can come. They told me it could be anytime between 9 am to 7 pm. I did not have a buzzer yet as I just moved into my new apartment, so I left my cellphone number on Costco for the updates notification and kept checking downstairs every 15 minutes. I missed the mattress the second time. As I would have 12 hours shifts the following 4 days, I asked UPS not to send the mattress, and one agent told me that someone would talk to me in an hour. No one ever called, so I called back, the first agent hung up my phone, and the second one just kept saying that the mattress will be delivered the next following day. I asked to talk to the supervisor. We made an arrangement that UPS will deliver my mattress on August 5. The supervisor would speak to me to confirm the time with me on that day. The next day we realized August 5 is a holiday, so we changed the time to August 6. On August 6, another supervisor called me and said that someone from the center would give me a call 30 minutes before the mattress comes. No one ever called. Again, I kept checking every 15 minutes, and I missed it and received a slip that this was the last attempt. I called UPS again, and an agent said that she is going to change the date to the next day. Next day the August 7, another supervisor called me and told me the mattress was not out so I would not receive it, but I will receive it on August 8. She made the same promise that someone would give me a phone call 30 minutes before sending the mattress. Today is August 8, no call received. So I called UPS Canada at 415pm. I am still on the phone waiting to talk to a supervisor, and now it is 520pm. I am not sure how much longer I need to wait. Such a great job UPS Canada!

As to your location specifically, I am unable to phone you because all of the options on your phone menu just hang up on your customers.As to UPS, the reason I was trying to call because I have a package at your location and wanted to make sure I'll be able to drive the 140 kilometer round trip UPS is requiring me to make because unlike every other delivery company, their drivers don't phone the person receiving the package when they have issues with delivery.140km and a tank of gas for 2 pairs of crocs. I'll be contacting crocs as well.

I see the business owner wants to disassociate with the courier service but that just shows the ineptitude of UPS. If you cant be accountable for your own company's actions than maybe you should be the one trying to sort things out with the courier service rather than putting paying customers through that.Oh and they charged me a $25 brokerage fee for an item I already paid shipping for when I bought it online. UPS sucks.

Called ups customer service, told me my parcel will be delivered between 5-7pm. Stayed home looking out for the truck and saw them drive past the house 545 . Checked my tracking information about 10mins later and it was updated to delivery attempted; customer not in". Not sure how they can say they attempted delivery when I saw them drive past without stopping."

UPS is the WORST delivery company in Canada. I ordered my package (over $400 value) over 3 weeks ago. the shipping was estimated to be here a couple days ago. they updated their estimated date to a day earlier than expected. the package did not come the day they updated it to, waited another day and still nothing. no updates on the website, tracking info or anything were provided and still have yet to be provided. the item said it left Richmond a few days ago. so I called customer support and the very rude person on the phone proceeded to tell me I didn't know how shipping companies worked and that there were weather delays. I asked about said delays and but was given no actual reason all he said was that the weather is bad so they cant ship. it is blue skies and no clouds out currently. they also told me that even though it left Richmond towards my town the truck turned around and back tracked an hour into Vancouver but said he did not know why. they continued to tell me they could not give updates and that the issue was NOT their fault. In actual fact, UPS, it is YOUR fault the package is not here. pay for shipping and get rude offensive customer service and a company that lies to their customers about where their packages are and don't seem to care that people may NEED the items they have ordered assuming they have enough time to wait. This is uncalled for and I am very highly considering contacting the BBB. All in all, UPS is a terrible terrible delivery company.

Ordered a package that said it would be delivered on august 6th between 12-7pm, it never showed up, we received no phone call, no email. nothing. So we called customer service hoping for an answer and we were told that we'd requested another delivery date (which we didn't). they apologized for the mix up and assured us it would be delivered to our house the next day! so we spend all day waiting inside for this package to arrive and it never does, so we call customer service again and they say that the package was delivered to a local ups store that had closed because it was now 7:30. They said that when the drivers get tired or busy they sometimes do that, however it would've been an extra two minutes drive! And we were busy too but we spent the whole day inside waiting for a package that wasn't coming. Nobody told us that it had been delivered to the store and not to our house. So obviously we're quite upset because if they'd had the courtesy to let us know we could've at least gone to pick it up! but no, we spent all day inside and now we have to pick it up ourselves tomorrow. 3 days late.
