The owner is nice and professional, very patient, helped us find a best solution for our family. Finally purchased a really nice piano for my kids, at a reasonable price! The piano was sent to our house two days after, it was really heavy, thanks to the movers.

The boss and the sales lady are both very nice, professional, and attentive. The prices are reasonable, and they gave us many small gifts. We ordered a second-hand Yamaha U3 piano for our daughter on Saturday, and it was delivered to our home on Monday. They offer free delivery, a five-year warranty, one free tuning, and the option to trade in the piano for its full value when upgrading in the future. Highly recommended to everyone.

I bought a piano at quality piano. The saleswoman included piano tuning for this piano. I believe piano tuning service is very problematic.  The owner threw the problems to customers and said that it has nothing to do with them.The saleswoman arranged a tuner for us.  On the day, tuner didn't show up in the morning with no calls. After 1 hour late, the tuner Ben called and said he couldn't come.  We arranged 2nd time at the same day in the afternoon.  The saleswoman reminded tuner half hour ago before the time, that he would be on time, but he didn't show up at 3 o'clock and there was no phone calls again.  He appeared around half  hour later,  because we had to go out, and we told him earlier.  I asked the tuner if I should arrange another time because of lack of time.  He said no, he can do it. I said let me ask my partner. Tuner walked away and left!So that day, I didn't get  the piano tune, and I  waited for him for several hours.I got messages from saleswoman that the owner has already paid to tuner.  She asked me to deal with that tuner, because they have already paid the tuner guy. The owner won't do anything more. Isn't that weird?The tuner was found by the owner, not by me. When the issues come up, why I have to solve the problem with him. I don't know why their company would find this kind of tuner to their customers. We have a bad impression of this services. At the end, the tuning never got done.

We were searching for a used Yamaha U3 silent model. We ended up purchasing one from Quality Piano. The store was well-stocked with mostly Yamaha pianos imported from Japan. We were initially a bit concerned about the gray market pianos, but in the end we were happy with our choice and the sound it produced. The staff were friendly, not pushy, allowing us to try different pianos and patiently answering our questions. The prices were competitive, and it came with free moving, first tuning and a 5-year-warranty. Great local business.

Great place to shop for pianos! We’ve been browsing more than 5 piano stores and this one is THE best! The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy at all!We just wanted to buy an entry level piano for our preschooler kid who shows great interest in piano learning. Both of us have no experience on piano playing, and we had small budget.Comparing to the guys in Tom Lee who were busy all the time, ignored us and many of our questions and just wanted to push us for a quick sale of a digital piano, Ben provided us with a lot of information on selecting pianos between brands, the RCM exams, tips on children learning and even offered help on finding teachers.The service we received was definitely beyond expectation. Highly recommend this place for any one who wants qualities in both pianos and services.

Best experience and services. I purchased a used Yamaha U1 for $3850 for my 6 years old girl, manufactured in 1970s, gentle used, excellent condition. The price included delivery, and one time piano tunes. Recommended.

My kids just started learning piano. We didn’t want to spend too much for the beginners. The owner was very professional and friendly. Explained to us what we should prepare for the new users. Gave us some options for different price range and educated us the difference between each piano. Finally, we found a quality piano within our budget. The piano was delivered quickly. I am very thankful I found this place. The people that work here are kind and friendly. They let me play their pianos and they were very patient, not pushy at all. They also gave some good information about all the different types of pianos they have. I've been playing for over 12 years now and I got fed up with the upright my parents bought me when I was young and I was able to find one that suited me best, which was a Yamaha UX (it just sounded huge and beautiful and I love the action on the keys). The process was so easy and not so stressful at all. My piano was delivered the next day after buying it, which was really fast! It's been about 3 weeks now and I'm still enjoying it and don't regret my decision at all!
