Viva Dental Cambridge

It was the first time I had ever had dental work done and the dentist refused me due to my nervousness even after I had told her I would be ok she also told me confidential information about the previous patient no professional behaviour at all was shown this dentist was a joke to say the least

Horrible experience!!!! Their clinic pretty much felt like a scam. Was looking for a new dentist given I moved and booked a cleaning appointment and exam as a result of a promotion. The dentist saw me for a very short time, immediately started to upsell me, sell x-rays etc. Said he would prepare and forward a overall dental plan/quote subject to what he stated are my needs. I followed up several times given I didn't receive the plan. Was told on holidays, he's only there couple times a month etc. etc. Receptionist apologized and said she personally would ensure that I received the plan right away. Never received so I called back, more apologies, more excuses. Again I was assured I would get it very soon... that was many months ago. Now, I'm getting bombarded via calls and emails to come in for a cleaning as I'm overdue". I have responded that they never contact me again. By far the utmost non-professional health care provided I have every dealt with in my 59 years. Be very skeptical

I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get in to your clinic. I thought I'd be waiting for at least a few days! The procedure, while painless, involved a lot of movement of my gumline.Nevertheless, I had very little post-procedure soreness or swelling, and the filling is so smooth I can't even tell it's there. Thank you!

Best dentists you'll ever go to. I have had two dental emergencies where I've been in excruciating pain and they got me in right away. I will start my inplant this week. Very good experience.Big thanks for Dr beshoy I really appreciate all your help

My fiance and I just moved to Cambridge. We needed a new dentist of course and have finally found one… that we will keep until Dr. B retire’s lol . He is so kind at heart, I needed an appointment for late afternoon on last Saturday and the doctor was willing to stay and see me on a Saturday AFTERNOON!

Amazing experience!!!I’ve had some past experiences where I refused to go back to dentist’s for a few yearsBut finally I had the courage to go see a dentist and so happy I found Viva dentistThe Dr was patient and extremely professional and even better they do all thereI have anxiety towards dentist’s and they made me so comfortable to calm my anxiety. Enjoyed my experience that’s for sure going back next week!!

Had an amazing experience here. Great and excellent job. I was in so much pain and Dr. Beshoy helped me to relieve my pain by doing root canal on my back molar. Didn't feel anything after. The dentist recommended Invisalign treatment which I would do fully trust this dentist and his staff. Great customer service.Thanks for having such a great dentist like Dr. Beshoy in Cambridge. His office is a piece of art in Cambridge. Highly recommend Viva Dental in Cambridge for any one who needs a dentist and looking for a professional dentist in Cambridge.

Pleased with how the staff and the doctors are at the office. I noticed that Dr.B was helping the assistant out as she was having trouble with something don't know the dental term of what it is was lol. But this act of kindness shows me that they care for there staff members. From many bad experiences I had in the past with the doctor and assistant arguing in front of me, once the doctor told the assistant to leave the room!!!! Anyways, I can finally say that I found a office for me forever and I love the way they treat their patients and staff. You can certainly determine how the doctor is by looking at how the staff is treated. Amazing clinic!!

I had by far the most amazing experience! Dr.B is phenomenal and explained everything I need to know for my next appointment. His care for his patients is easily noticeable.Also, I’ve never had a receptionist give me a treatment plan to look over at costs. I found that very helpful for me as I can start preparing myself financially. I already scheduled my next appointment! See you guys on the 14th! Once again thanks Dr.B!
