Although I've only tried two of the many subs on the menu (more than once), they were both very, very good. Friendly staff as well, in my experience. You can choose to round up to the nearest dollar on purchase which goes to local firefighters, although I wasn't asked the last two times, and I would have happily done it.

My friend has been bragging about this place for so long but the location was in hamilton. Luckily this location opened up and I was stoked! The place was new/clean with great decor and presentation. Free Wifi. The menu is quite simple, the only problem is trying to figure out what delicious sub to try first!! I asked the cashier what i should order and she took the time out to let me know her fav and some that would interest me. I went the half&half" sub and chilli. It was amazing! Everything tasted great and prepare in good time as there was lots of people there. Also theres a soft drink machine that serves multiple flavours. I definitely recommend this place for everyone!! Hoping for more locations to open up."

The prices are a little bit more than Subway or Mr Sub, but worth every penny! Every sub I have tried here has been delicious.

I got the steak n cheese, tastiest sub I've ever had, more than worth the extra dollar or so. Also very friendly staff, nice place, even a great opportunity to donate to local fire fighters by rounding up the total a few cents. I'm also very impressed that their packaging is paper so it can be recycled or composted. I'll definitely be back.

It taste great, I tried the smoked beef brisket with whole wheat bread. Employees are nice people to talk to. Currently there was no arrangements to eat at the restaurant, I guess this is due to covid. There were a lot of food delivery guys waiting for the orders.

So here’s the deal. The food is good. Nice meat portion. The staff are friendly. I’d go back. But I’m not sure if I’d eat in again, maybe take out is the way to go. Every 30 seconds “WELCOME TO FIRE HOUSE!! WELCOME TO FIRE HOUSE!! WELCOME TO FIRE HOUSE!!” I get it - it’s their shtick. But after 10 minutes you’ve had enough. Best anti-loitering tactic.

Came here in May 2022 for the first time to order and try out there delicious subs for myself, I ordered there Italian pulled chicken breast salad for $14.99 not bad the price. But little expensive. The cashier that took my order was vary nice they knew my order but thankfully It didn't take long until I got it at the end. Thank you for making your customers happy and satisfied!

Best subs in Canada, mmmm mmm if you hungry get the large Italian has 1/2 lb of Italian meats ohhhh sooooo goood. They have so many subs varieties you will love it. Now if you want to save a buck, split a large between 2 people. Like flavoured pop, they got any style you like.
