I was on my way to Ottawa when my heater hose pipe ruptured. We got it towed over to Majestic auto and spoke to Scott, who understood our situation, and put us as a priority to get repaired. They were able to get everything resolved by end of day, and were kind enough to wait for us to pick up our vehicle. Overall extremely please with the service, their knowledge, and kindness. Based on our experience we will return here and would recommend their service.

Rest assured they will not try to take advantage of you , unlike a lot of other competitors.They are honest , fair and the work is always done correctly.

I went there for a simple warranty repair. When they realized it was a warranty job. They tried to get more from this job, by saying I needed a new radiator. What they didn't know I changed my radiator last year at BMW. When I realized what they were doing I asked for a print out of the diagnostic, they did on my car. He started to explain what's wrong with my car and also saying I said those things which I didn't. He then handed me one from a job they did back in 2009. This is shameful and these autoshops should be held accountable for their actions. The only thing the car needed was a simple coolant flush or if you wanted to replace a part just the thermostat housing. I still have the have the print out you gave her. I can bring it into your shop to show you. No problem let me know
