Leanne was so helpful. I contacted her way before my vacation and told her what we were planning. She provided options for resorts and ideas and I told her I'd be in touch when I was ready to book. Life threw a few wrenches and my travel plans completely changed, I felt like a nightmare client but Leanne didn't seem phased. She was super helpful. Booked us an amazing resort and gave lots of tips for how to get the best bang for our buck. Due to weather our flight ended up getting delayed and we missed a day of our vacation, we declined the travel insurance through Sell Off because we have great travel insurance on our credit card. I let leanne know about the delay and she helped us book a last minute hotel and looked into extending our stay to make up for the missed vacation day. All around absolutely amazing service.

My partner and i showed up,given the impression that they were open but, came to find the door was locked with no sign on the door, when the manager pops out of her car saying they were closed due to shortage of staff. Instead of showing any interest in helping us out( since we were already there,along with her in the driveway) she just continued to sit in her car,smoking a cigarette. Will not even think about coming here again! Luckily we found better service elsewhere.

My husband and I just booked our 2nd all inclusive vacation with Sell Off Vacations, Ropewalk Lane, St. Johns. Our agent is Ashley Stamp. She is very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, and made suggestions, that we didn't even think of. I will highly recommend her services, and will not hesitate to book with her again for our next trip.

The service I experienced at the sell off location was perfection. All staff were friendly professional and knowledgeable, the office itself was very clean and bright and inviting. My travel supervisor's name was Ashley Stamp and she was phenomenal. Very efficient, personable, extremely patient and knowledgeable and meticulously detailed. She made sure we knew all of our options including little extras like the Mobay VIP experience and Elite plus, which was well worth the extra cash. Once we arrived and realized what the VIP experience included we were immediately grateful. Ashley followed up with us after our trip and also worked with my now fiancé to arrange a beautiful sunset dinner on the beach beforehand and was in touch with the hotel to ensure everything was going according to plan. She really took the extra step and we cannot recommend or praise her enough. We will be travelling again for our wedding in April 2019 and we will be booking through Ashley Stamp Selling Supervisor at Sell Off Vacations.

Couple weeks ago We booked ou trip to Cuba and Ashley Stamp helped us to arrange it. She was very professional and we were very satisfied with her service. After arranging our trip she followed up asking if we aware of all COVID policies and adviced us based on them. Moreover after our trip she called and asked us how did we find the vacation that was very nice of her. Ot top of this our flight back home was in business class, and we did not pay any axtra, apparantly Ashley upgrated our sits on airplane and it was really great to have glass of wine and nice meal coming back to Toronto.
