International Pool & Spa Centers Thornhill

Hello my wife and I have bought a new hot tub from international pool and spas. The customer service was awsome our sales guy Vince was amazing. The delivery was excellent, they walked us threw everything . We went last Saturday spoke with Vince he gave us our chemicals and explained everything. He even came to our house and made sure the tub would fit. Thanks guys it was a great experience

Bought my new hot tub over a month ago. I was very happy with my purchase . Spa school and water testing has been amazing to help maintain my spa. Would definitely recommend International Pool and Spa Thornhill to everyone!!

Purchased my inground pool cover 2 years ago and needed a replacement. Was quoted 25% more. Tried to reasonably ask the manager why such a price hike and if he could honour the same price. Thanks to the managers rigid pricing, i was forced to shop elsewhere and did not take me long to find the exact same cover for 10% less then what I paid here in 2018. Shop around as this place has become very expensive and the service is nothing but average.

They only specialize in in ground pools and over priced hot tubs. Nothing for above ground

I have shopped at many Pool Stores over the years but I can honestly say that I have made International Pool & Spa my go to" store because I am so impressed with Ryan. He is very professional

I see several positive reviews but I would caution potential customers against having any service done by International Pool and Spa, at least out of their Doncaster location. The quality of their service appears to have seriously declined recently.Our experience was awful. We needed to winterize our hot tub. We left three messages over a period of weeks. None of these calls were returned. We finally visited the store in person. No one was available to assist us from the service department, but our information was taken down. No one ever called us back.We tried to call once more, finally getting through to someone. We scheduled an early morning service request and took time off work to be available. The technician did not show up and no notice was given to us, until the technician called us at the end of the day. Apparently he got busy with other jobs and did not bother to inform us. He offered to reschedule, but we had to go back to their service department to do so.We had to call three times before someone called back from the service department. The company refused to take ownership, blaming their technician (although he is an employee of theirs), then refusing to make reparations by offering any discount to us. Ultimately we cancelled the request and went to one of their competitors.Save yourself weeks of headache and just go straight to a different company.Justin

Bought a spa from them years ago and every year I come back for chemicals. I had an issue for the first time this summer and they were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Great for their water testing. Everyone there really knows what they're talking about and always fixes any problems I have with my pool. They also have exceptional customer service. Great people over there

I have been going to International on Doncaster for years!! The staff are well trained and always very helpful. Their free water testing has kept my pool crystal clear!! I would recommend going there for supplies to everyone with a pool or hot tub.
