I had an awesome dinner yesterday evening - our server Martin was so nice and attentive. The food was prepared quickly and it was delicious - we even got to share a dessert on the house as I was getting together with a friend I hadn’t seen in years. If you want good service and quality food - this is where to go

**ZERO STARS** They should definitely remove “steakhouse” from their name. Low quality cuts of meat, made by low quality people. Burnt to a crisp. Awful presentation too. Throwing a $40 cut of steak on to mashed potatoes? Who does that, other then a restaurant that doesn’t know how to treat their beef. Shame, and took over an hour and half for this “meal” to come out.

Filet was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The potato was a great side, and the bread cannot be beat! Hot and soft inside, harder outside. Highly recommend. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

The food was wonderful. However the service could have been better. The waitress rarely came to check on us. We waited a long time to get our bill as well. My specialty coffee, the billy miner, came ice cold. I then had to wait for a new pot of coffee to be brewed. However, because the waitress didn't check on our table we had to wave someone else down. That was a little annoying.

I have been to this Keg location a few times without issue, however, what was supposed to be a nice time out was spoiled by my experience this evening.Positive - food was good, friendly staffNegative - the service was too slow, we waited longer than what was expected toReceive our meal. The waitress was transparent and informed us that it was busy - I appreciated the honesty.We were then told by our waitress that a manager would come by to check in with us - the manager never showed up.Considering how late it was after receiving our dinner, we weren’t really in the mood to finish our meals. Unfortunately our waitress disappeared for some time and we could not leave - at this time I wanted to leave this place ASAP and couldn’t even pay my bill. I had to ask another waitress to please send us a bill and carry out container.Not impressed.

Awful experience! We stopped in last night to have a drink and light dinner at the bar. When we got there the bar was empty except for one other couple. So we have a seat, the bartender was busy doing things behind the bar. So we waited. Not once did she acknowledge us sitting there. We waited. Servers came behind the bar to get there drinks. Still nobody even looked at us. Three other customers then sat on the other side of the bar. And they waited, the bartender is still doing something behind the bar. They were also ignored, so after a few minutes they left. Finally after waiting 10 minutes, my husband finally asked a server, ‘Do we get service’ . She apologized to us , said she could get us a menu, Tiffany is the bartender. Who was still right next to the server , and still did not acknowledge us. We said No, if this is how long it takes to get recognized and a drink, imagine how long it takes to get food.We walked out.I have been a bartender for years. You never treat customers like this, the first thing a bartender should do is acknowledge them, even if you are busy. Which she clearly was not. Just ignorant!!Management should train their staff is customer service!!They lost five customers last night because of their bartender, Tiffany…. Good job!

Got really lucky and the day we went for dinner was not busy at all. Sat on the patio with only one other customer there. The server was very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained and gave recommendations to the meals.

3.8 - Service was decent. Could be better organized. My rare steak came a little over med-rare. Our server disappeared for 25 mins. As we were seated before our adjacent tables.. they were served their apps 12minutes before ours. Our plates look a little Sutble and don't really give a wow factor where you want to dig in.
