I recently stayed at the OTL and it was a beautiful experience. The decorations and interior design were stunning, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Nice hotel, lots of services, well built, but if you are over 200 lbs and elderly be warned that the beds are soft. I have only once encountered such a soft bed in my stays at hundreds of hotels in North America, Europe and Asia. It hurt my back hurt so bad I slept on the carpeted floor.

Rooms are very nice and well equipped with what you need. The rooms are very quiet, you can't hear anyone next door.Free coffee and water is replenished every morning. Breakfast is really nice, not the biggest place, but what you need to start your day. The restaurant in the hotel is a super great steak restaurant - a little expensive, but very good.

Excellent hotel, great food and great service. Their rooms weren't the biggest and my view of the parking lot and the plumbing lines had people looking tight into my room, so zero privacy unfortunately. Great for a business trip but wouldn't recommend to couples or families unless you get a better view from your room

My stay here was very good, overall. The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The gym and pool were in good condition with plenty of equipment to use. Both had towels, and the gym had wipes to clean off equipment. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. On the other hand, the sheet on one of the beds in my room was either dirty or stained. The gym floor hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, and the pool floor was very dirty, too.

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay in Sherbrooke, the OTL is a great option. The rooms are very nice and well equipped with charging stations and lighting. Rooms are very clean. The included breakfast is way more than typical as theyake fresh omelettes. The lobby is amazing and so many places to hang out and relax. The hotel is located on king street which is central to a number of options in Sherbrooke. It's very nice for family, businesses etc.

The room was amazing the second I walked into the room it already looked beautiful it had a nice view and the bed felt looked really good it had every pillow you could ever need and it was very comfy the room had a tv with Chromecast and about 100 channels. The shower in the room had really high pressure and I loved it. the service was also amazing there was great room service and I also believe there was a free breakfast included with the room. The location was really nice it had murals near it and had fast food and nice restorants near it. Overall a 5 star hotel and I loved it!
