Wonderful experience with the entire Brookstone team. The installation was seamless. The installers noticed a mark on the inside of the window pane and took the initiative to point it out and get a new pane within about a week. Well worth it & definitely recommend them!

Awesome install crew and cleaned up everything at the end of the end of each day!Install crew not only took out the old windows but cut back the openings and spray foamed the jam to make it even more insulated.Everything was explained to us in detail about the install and all questions were answered that we had. Salesman was not pushy at all.Somewhat pricey but worth it for the FOUR DAYS that they spent at the house removing the old windows, installing new windows including spray foam around the jam and putting up new trim.

I would recommend this company. Their sales person Craig was professional without being pushy. The installation team was on time, professional and left the house tidy with no garbage to dispose of. Also a few months after installation, a customer service person came out to see the work that was done and address any concerns. Overall the cost is worth the lifetime warranty and customer service before, during and after. Great job Brookstone Windows and doors!

To anyone reading this review; don't get conned by Brookstone door-to-door salesmen. Go to Brant window world.Stop sending door-to-door salesmen to sell your defective windows.If you're products were genuine quality you wouldn't need to resort to door to door sales.Clear sign the company is not going well. Don't expect this company or their windows to last 5 years.

We have used Brookstone twice now for door projects (both front and back). Each time the rep took the time to explain the types of doors, offer several recommendations and help us stay on budget. With lead times improving, sign off to install is happening much quicker. Highly recommend.
