Subaru of Muskoka

On Feb 4, 2023 my Forester was towed here after breaking down in a dangerous location on Hwy 11 as we were en-route to Burks Falls to a family funeral. It was -25 deg outside and we were upset for many reasons. I'd like to thank Mr. Fernandes and Eugene and John for their kindness during this difficult time. Mr. F arranged to have John drive an elderly person in our party back home from Huntsville to Toronto the following day. He also arranged to have my car returned to me one week later in Toronto. Everyone went above and beyond to help us through the stress of our situation. Many many thanks to all of you. I will always remember and appreciate your thoughtful and supportive kindnesses to us.

I was stranded without a car after somebody ran into the back of my Legacy. After several weeks of searching and trying to find a new car I was connected with Jeff and Brian. I couldn't have been in better hands. They communicated quickly and efficiently. I was able to get my name added to a vehicle that was about to go into production by some miracle. Not four weeks later it was delivered to me in London! SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. They went above and beyond making sure I was looked after. I would recommend this company to anybody shopping for a new car!

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Subaru of Muskoka's service department. I had an emergency situation which was dealt with immediately and to great satisfaction. Kudos to Eugene for his excellent efforts in fixing my problem!

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Probably the worst dealership I have ever dealth with. Won't take responbility for their own teams erros when manager is away and advised me to buy my parts from a different dealership. terrible terrible terrible would prefer to drive an hour elsewhere then shop there.
