Good priced. Very good quality flooring. I am so happy with their product. I will definitely come back here to buy flooring in the future and recommend it to anyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The return policy is good too, incase you wind up with extra flooring you didn't use.

Very helpful staff, prices were reasonable and maybe less than a couple other companies I checked out.Peter and his brother Ben, of Knot and Grain flooring did an amazing job with incredible attention to detail on my engineered wood install! They did things I never thought of, like shaving the wood back to cover bathroom tile that would have been visible when closing the door, and beautiful stair cap work. Professional, friendly and went above and beyond what I would expect for service. I had multiple quotes and they were right in line with most of the companies.I would highly recommend both companies for materials and for service.

Great service! Fair pricing! Great quality!We needed a serious update on our flooring at our place. We looked at a few places and even looked at hiring someone to do our flooring. But it was all out of our budget. We decided to check out King of Floors and it was the best decision. Troy helped us out with type of flooring, walked us through with how to install it. He put us at ease with the install and recommended a great place to have the nosing done for our stairs. We went back to King of Floors multiple times and Troy was always there and always remembered us, what flooring we got and other tiny details of how our flooring project was coming along. I really liked that Troy didn't try to up sell us, but rather worked around our budget and was very transparent about products ie underlay to use or not use. Troy was just simply amazing, he gave us such a great deal on our flooring that we purchased right on the spot, and didn't need to go looking elsewhere. He is so knowledgeable on the product. If you go to King of Floors make sure you ask for Troy to assist you with your purchase. 10 stars hands down

Highly reccomend king of floors to anyone looking for new floors. Brett was extremely helpful throughout the process from helping us chose out our new vinyl plank flooring all the way to returning the unused flooring at the end.

We live in Victoria, B.C.. We had seen the ads on T.V. for the King Of Floors, and we thought that it may be a good idea to make the the trip and see what they have for selection and price.Troy McGhie, the manger was great! He was professional and knew the answer to every question we asked. Upon completion of the job, we had some extra material remaining. Troy allowed us to return the unused material.The selection they had was great, but the service that we received from Troy was superb. In this day and age when so many companies are all selling the same or similiar items, it is customer service that often make the difference.It was well worth the trip, and may I suggest that the owners of King Of Floors recognize that Troy, their manager, is excellent!

I have always had an excellent experience over the years buying my flooring here. Paul is knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with and purchase from as is the rest of the staff, from sales to warehouse staff!

I saw an ad on TV about the King of Floors and decided to go and take a look. I met one of the sales associates by the name of Paul Goertson and immediately liked him and knew that I could trust him. He recommended that I use one of the sub trades they use, Knot and Grain. The owner of Knot & Grain came & gave me an estimate and then I paid for the product at King of Floors. Knot & Grain and I agreed on a date and then he came and did the installation. He was an absolute gem. Very friendly, very professional and his price was reasonable. He explained everything they were going to do so that I understood. When they were finished they cleaned up and left however I noticed what I thought was a flaw in a couple of the planks so the owner of Knot & Grain came back said that it wasn't a flaw but how the wood was cut. When you go into King of Floors or any other supplier of flooring, they should explain this to the customers. Knot and Grain came back and replaced 3 of the planks for me at NO CHARGE. I was not aware until they came back that they would have to basically remove most of the planks just to replace the 3 that I wanted done. I would highly recommend Knot and Grain for the replacement of vinyl or hardwood flooring. He is a very honest, reliable and hard working family man and his employee is also a very hard working young man. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I first went to the usual stores that sell flooring like rona, homedepot etc, and as you know, trying to find an employee to help is almost impossible and when you finally do their knowledge is poor. We decided to make the drive from Burnaby out to King of Floors and was met by a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Paul. Their pricing, quality and selection is second to none and definitely worth the drive. Whenever I plan to do any more flooring jobs in my house I will 100% go back to see Paul and the amazing team at King of Floors. Bravo team KoF!!

I think the best thing about this place is the attitude. Friendly, always smiling, jokes, and no pressure to buy. They helped me with my second purchase, and when I think about buying flooring. KOF is a great place to shop.
