Never-Never Land Indoor Playground

Sarah and her team were amazing. They went the extra mile to help set up everything we brought in for our sons birthday. We were able to drop off our decor the day before and didn't have to worry about set-up at all. It was really convenient to have the balloons done at the play place rather than having to go to a store and picking it up. They also have themed decor for your party that you can rent.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to do a birthday party for infants and toddlers, especially since the play rooms are completely private to your event.

My son’s 1st birthday party was a huge success thanks to Sarah and her amazing staff at Never-Never Land!! The room was super clean and the staff helped decorate with the items we dropped off the day before. We also ordered helium balloons from them which they do-in house, very comparable to Party City prices but it’s convenient in that you don’t have to pick up the balloons and lug them to the event. The staff made the room look phenomenal with the decor and balloons — and they threw in some extra stuff for free because it was left behind by a previous group — so kind of them! Everything was so extremely organized and staff went above and beyond to help us, even putting out and packing up the food/drinks, getting us a bowl for chips since we forgot one, etc. The list goes on! The kids all had a blast, ranging in age from 1-10. Another wonderful thing about this place is that it’s all private for your group, including the play area!! I am so glad we used this place and I would come back again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sarah and team for an incredible experience!!!

We had my son’s 5th birthday here and I highly recommend! We had the back room, lots of space for the kids to play and for adults to sit and socialize. They are incredibly helpful and help you with set up, food, cake (cutting and handing out), etc. For me a big thing was that the party was private and just our friends and family were in the room. Big play places with multiple parties and lots of people make me a bit nervous for my young kids but this was perfect!

Adore this place, super clean bathrooms, friendly and active staff, private rooms with play structures ideal for small kids to play and parents actually be able to relax and not chase them around with fear of getting lost in a big crowd

Not one word of a lie , from the moment you walk in the EXCEPTIONALLY SUPERB customer service you receive from Sarah and her staff is incredible. In less than two minutes I had two party hosts by my side helping me unpack and set up. If I had time and dropped off my party supplies prior to my event it would have been done before we arrived. I actually enjoyed my daughters first birthday and felt completely comfortable leaving everything in their hands. They were completely booked but promptly ready to receive us with a clean party room. The facility was immaculate, clean, spacious, and private. My guests were so impressed! Thank you for making this such s flawless experience and accommodating us perfectly !

Had my daughter's 3rd birthday here and everyone loved it.Pros:- Playground is enough to keep the kids entertained for 2 hours - has slides, cars, bouncy castle, and a ball pit. They also had some arcade games that you pay for once there.- Spacious - it doesn't look as big from photos or the outside but there was enough room for guests to move around, mingle, and enjoy themselves- Private - I loved that we didn't have to share the space with anyone else- Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - once I got there, a staff member helped me put up my decorations and get everything organized and ready- I forgot music but they had a speaker that played some popular Disney/kids songs- Communication with staff was great, it was easy to book and everything went smoothly the day ofI knocked a star off because it's a very rushed operation. When you get there, you only have about 10 minutes to set up everything so thankfully I had all my decorations ready to go and as soon as your time is up, you have to quickly pack up everything because the next party is coming in so I found myself cleaning before the party even ended so I didn't get time to properly say goodbye to everyone. The price is also quite expensive but I do appreciate they allow up to 50 guests per room, none of that non sense other places have where it's up to a certain amount of kids and their parents and every additional kid is extra.Would I come here again? Absolutely. Unfortunately it's just not the type of venue I could afford to come to every year but if you are going to rent a space, I highly recommend it.

We really had a blast here today! My son is turning 4 and We booked the back room (bigger room) and Kids all loved the big air bouncer especially. along with slides. Staffs were nice. Recommend to everyone!

We did my daughters' birthday at this playground last month and we had an outstanding experience. Sarah and her entire team were very friendly and helpful. The other playgrounds help you before the event then during the event itself you're on your own. But at this place they were super helpful during the event.The facility is clean and the best part about it is that the two playgrounds they have are both private meaning you do not share your event with people you don't know.We will definitely be back and book our future events there.
