Dillon Bros Roofing

Dont call if you need a minor repair. Just another roofing company that is too busy to take a small job for small money. They are only focussing on $30,000 full roof jobs as opposed to helping the little guy patch up something small on a gutter but still important. Well they came as a refferal from a friend who now won't be calling them back to do his full roof job and nor will I be calling at all when time comes to do my roof. Why? Because they are too busy for me"!"

Awesome company, did a great job.

We had our roof reshingled last week in Newmarket. We are very happy with the result. The crew was easy to have around and the cleanup was very well done. From our experience with Luke last fall in getting our quote and Lisa in the office we would recommend Dillon Bros.

A family owned business that takes pride in their work. Dillion Bros was a life saver my Markham home roof was about to collapse. It was an old roof and big snow fall was just too much. They came in and were very professional got me back in my home in a short amount of time. I really appreciate the help!

We had them do our roof last year. We selected them for their professional looking quotes and initial contact even though they were $1000 more than other options we looked at. Boy was that a bad choice.It looks like the sub-contracted our job to another roofer. That roofer did their job but left a hole in the roof plywood (without telling us) and just covered it with shingles.The installed new vents with flappers but didn't install vent collars or even inform us that vent collars were needed or that our exhaust pipes to the vents weren't fully sealed. This resulted in our house vents (including our dryer vent) to vent directly into the attic (as flapper style vents need an airtight seal to lift the flapper when a fan is running). Which resulted in condensation build up in the attic which leaked down and damaged/stained our master bedroom and bathroom ceilings. There is also now mold buildup in the attic as well.Contacting them, they shrugged off any responsibility saying the quote didn't have vent collars in the quote (...as if that shouldn't be part of the vents in the first place). The guy they sent to inspect the damage when we first contacted them just said he's never seen this before".We have a report from another reputable roofing company basically putting the onus on the original roofers. Excellent customer service and high quality work. The crew was very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job including cleaning after finishing.Price wise reasonable.We highly recommend them.
