The service here was amazing. They didn't stop until the job was done, whether it was ordering parts or working on our UTV. Great service.Not only that, they actually wanted to help us. It was so hard to find good service until we found this location. They are super informative and patient.We moved our services here to this location, even though the Vaughn location was closer. The service here is worth the drive.We will definitely be back!

No stars if I could. Price on oil and filters far in excess of other cfmoto. Dealers. Paid $25 a litre here other dealers charge $16 to $18.99. Can buy oil change kit between$75 and $80 at other dealers which includes 3 litres of oil, filter and gasket. Got me once not again. Check other. Dealers DT power sports. And others.

I purchased a 800 CF Moto ATV from this company in the spring-late May I went back Friday for a rear cargo box, that over the phone I was quoted $499 for. Upon arrival, they laughed and stated the item was actually $548. They refused to honor the price online with CFMoto $499 - we purchased the box and felt like we had been taken advantage of. We also purchased a windshield and because the two items were over $1000 unless we paid cash for a portion we were going to be charged an extra fee for using the card. our Salesperson was Karen- she's terrible !I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER -lots of better dealers disgusting customer service!

Truly AMAZING! Fantastic people everyone is helpful and friendly.I purchased my CFMOTO at another dealer but Rowel and team have gone out of their way to help me with regular maintenance and advice. The entire team has gone above and beyond to help me including keeping the show room open late to accommodate my schedule.Nathan, the mechanic takes the time to talk to you about your bike and build the trust you want in a mechanic. He does great work and gets it done quickly.Thank you R&R you've been there for me when I needed you and got me out riding fast. Nothing but good things to say about the whole team.Nice to see that customer service is alive and well. Thank you!!

Careful buying trailers here! I lost a hitch pin within the first week. It is a specialty product and requires a good search to find. I called trailer company who was willing to help buy said it would be better to go through the place I bought. R&R told me that it would not be cost effective to buy from them.You should support your product!

I'm interested in a motorcycle. The lady emailed saying they had one in stock and I could come look at.Upon arrival she tells me the owner, owns the only one they have. But let me sit on it to try it on. I like it, I would have bought it, but they are not set up to sell motorcycles yet. CFmoto motorcycles. After posting my review the owner message saying that I wasn't even a customer and that I must be mistaken. Should I remove a start???

Don't waste your time and money They are very nice until you buy something when there's a problem after they will just ignore you and tell you this is not covered under the warranty ( only used it 2 times and is broken)
